The deli food is always dried out. It tastes terrible. The customer service is non existent. You stand there and wait for someone to help you. And the new meet that they carry is awful. I have brought fruit from there and it goes bad quickly.

Huge store with a great selection, except for the hot food bar, seen much better at some of their smaller locations. Six months later and I'm still waiting on my cub card but I don't really give a shit anymore, better prices would do a lot more to inspire loyalty than an imaginary gas discount.

Sometimes words don’t give justice to staff or even the atmosphere of a place quality cup foods in general is expensive! you can get wonderful deals sometimes if you know when to look and where amazing amazing amazing staffs! Yeah I did want 3 times amazing as they are I cannot stop praying for them and loving how they make you feel so welcomed and very, very helpful That place is pretty much like my second home. I’m there if it’s not every day every other day and I love how convenient for me!!! I love the bakery &hot and cold DELI! the rotisserie chicken used to be way better again. It’s only like I wish the prices weren’t that high or else man you can never get me out of there! We can’t forget the sushi bar🍣every Wednesday they have $5.95 most of the varieties and it’s made fresh super fresh!

The man who works there he is skinny and he wears glasses. He's always cracking joke at my handicap. I have a cast on my leg and I'm insensitive about it and he constantly picks on me about it and calls me dumb. I've been trying to call corporate. Every time I shop here there is some miss understanding with discounts and coupons. No where does it say limit of 3 for energy drinks but wouldn't honor discount

I ordered a fruit tray online for a party and I was very happy with the service and the product. The tray was ready on time and the fruit was fresh. I was able to use the pickup service and I only had to wait about a minute before an employee brought it out to me.

This Cub was once a great place to shop but now I would recommend you shop elsewhere. They are price gouging you. Every item in this store is more expensive than elsewhere. Twice what others are charging for the exact same thing. The exact same brand even. If you complain about high prices then it's your fault for shopping here.

I like CUB stores. But this is about their tube hamburger. I tried the 80/20 three pound tube for the first time because it was on sale for $2.99. Great price. But I cooked half of it to make taco filling. It likely is 80/20 meat to fat, but it had far more liquid in it than any other burger I've cooked. If they don't add water to the burger than they must have pull these cows from a lake.

Good prices. Used to shop here when they had locations in Chicago. Workers like to stare if you’re a person of color using the self check out. Every time I come I am met with watchful eyes at the cash wrap, unlike my fair skinned counterparts who they don’t even bat an eye at. Maybe I’m just observing too hard.. but that’s my experience

Very friendly and helpful. I wasn't feeling well and the cashier actually found a nice young man who not only bagged my groceries, but took them out to my car for me. I really appreciated the help especially since it was Easter Sunday and they were short handed. Naturally, I gave him a nice tip to show my appreciation.

Customer needs to return cart to cart coral or store so random carts in parking area don't damage other customers' vehicles. Please be considerate of others.

I worked as an overnight stocker at this Cub for 9 months. The store itself sells okay product, it’s decent. My wife and I shopped there regularly.The men I worked with were exceptional. My MOD, Mike, was a phenomenal manager. He had a wonderful gift of appreciating people and their work. I really loved working with those guys.
