Love shopping at this Express! The store is always tidy and well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I need. The staff is super helpful with styling tips and size recommendations. Great selection and quality – I always leave happy!

Jonathan was my cashier and he was extremely helpful - I am only giving this 5 stars because of his excellent service. I hope corporate sees this and he is rightfully rewarded!

Very rude Manger and coming up with company policy out of her own, when i called corporate they said what she's telling me is not true and corrected her.
Not sure why she would escalate situation when i was very calm and respectful.

I don't feel like fitting rooms should not be closed earlier to assure the staff ends there shift on time if the store is still open you should have excess to. While you inconvenience the guest by not allowing them to try on items and possible have to come back to exchange or return. Very tacky.

Was treated poorly by one person which ruined my visit. The store was well organized, clean. Liked few selections but the staff was so annoyed with me at a point murmured “oh god”.
Will never return!

This store is not what it used to be. Feels like a skeleton of it’s former glory. Staff avoided contact. Quality of items seriously lacking. The texture of pants for work wear was repulsive. Store was organized and tidy, but I feel like their buyers are way off on material, styles and fabric for what anyone really wants to wear.

We started a return for an online order, and arrived with printed return form about 32 days after the purchase. Apparently you cannot return, get store credit, or do anything outside of the 30 day return window even if the return was started within the window. You are stuck with clothing that does not fit. Probably the worst return policy of any company I have heard of. We should have paid the $6.99 for mail back return.

Rude caucasian female cashier, was trying to have a lil fun conversation on the button-ups I chose looks like she wasn’t in the mood. Customer service from my experience isn’t the best. I’ll give it 2 stars since I found everything I needed!

Very rude cashier! I have been to many Express stores, and everyone is so nice. However, the cashier at this store was so rude that I would never go back! I politely explained the delay in returning the order, and she cut me off aggressively twice!

All of the people who helped in the store were nice except the final lady at the cashier. She was a young sales women who was trying to apply coupons and was being very rude and demeaning. Talking over us and thinking she knows how are phones work better than us she kept insisting that to get the coupon you have to go to the sms ui when she doesn’t understand that you can start putting in the phone number then navigate to the sms ui from there. She was not calm at all and was inpatient. Terrible service from her.
