Express is a great place to shop for nice formal wear at reasonable prices. The store is tidy and well-organized with a great selection and quality. Staff service can be a hit-or-miss, with some employees providing superb, extremely helpful, and excellent customer service, offering styling tips. Others are less willing to help. The sales and clearance rack are definitely worth taking a look around for nice stuff.

I don't feel like fitting rooms should not be closed earlier to assure the staff ends there shift on time if the store is still open you should have excess to. While you inconvenience the guest by not allowing them to try on items and possible have to come back to exchange or return. Very tacky.
