Waited 45 minutes for our “shoes” to come out. The employees didn’t tell us if our shoes disappeared on the screen they didn’t have it. I had to hear it from a different employee explain their “system” to another customer . We just left, horrible customer service .

Horrible service. They will not engage unless you get their attention. I inquired about a particular size, and they literally ignored me. Much better options out there to buy the same thing.

What a regrettable service in this store at the Mall of Anerica, terrible and horrible service, no one wanted to help me, all the employees were on their cell phones, and when I asked one about a shoe size he put on his ugly face, I better leave that place with my children, I will never return to this place, this happened... read full comment
