Needed new tires for my SUV and dropped into Firestone in Bloomington. The Service Technician was Awesome! Super friendly, very knowledgeable and got me in right away, without an appointment. He set me up with 4 new tires & an alignment & the entire process was completed exactly when he said it would be, an hour and a half. It's like driving a brand new car now, and I feel safe & confident on the road again thanks to the professional team! Thank You!

This has to be the worst sight there ver-was. It says you can lookup statements, but I couldn't get my latest statement to appear, and there is no one to talk to. You have to se d an email and wait for a reply. This sight also ask if you want to go paperless. If not there is a fee which they charge you for and then they never send you a paper statement, but charge for it anyway.

Lead technician turned down $700+ worth of work, (2 tires ((that they literally ordered for me)), wiper blades, air filter, and an oil change) because he didn’t wanna put a vehicle on a lift at 5:15 when the store closes at 6:00 and I had an appointment.
Very unprofessional. Would recommend going elsewhere.

The first time, I waited there for my car when I was getting an oil change. Unfortunately, it wasn’t done in the quoted time and I had stuff to do so I rescheduled.
A few days later I dropped the car off and it was done in a couple hours, as quoted.
I’m not upset, I just wish I had more time to wait there other day.
The new guy did great helping me out and recommended some things that need to be done soon and I really appreciate that.
At the end of the day, I was happy with the service and will definitely be going back to get my radiator flushed.

My own experience, nobody is perfect, the people here are very nice and caring... Everything that has to do with a vehicle is going to cost, a lot.. But I will say there warrantys are great. Thx

They are professional, knowledgeable and honest. They do the work I come in tohave done and don't oversell. I trust them and they are all really nice guys! You can tell everyone at Firestone Bloomington has great morale.

This visit was an emergency as my vehicle had stopped in transit on a very busy street, very late at night. I was able to get my vehicle towed to the Bloomington garage and called Firestone the next morning. They were able to diagnose and quickly repair my vehicle 2 short days later, at a very reasonable price. Great job!!!

Best experience with a BSRO location hands down. Terri the service writer was incredibly kind and understanding not just to me but to every customer he interacted with while I was there. Sunday is much less staff but even with people waiting, their two techs they had on crushed two sets of tires and a brake job on top of my flat tire repair while I was there. Very happy to have come here and very satisfied with the service.
Edit: just woke up to another flat tire same tire so maybe not so good. Get to try to find another place to get it fixed again.

The Firestone bloomington mn the best. Manager Justin here are very nice, respectful and always have a great attitude.
I Have been coming here for my alignment and wouldn't go anywhere else! I trust them I use again
