“Bright Health does several things well. 1) You can get support on the phone within a reasonable time and actually SPEAK to customer service. 2) If you are having an issue with a provider overcharging after a claim has been denied Bright Health customer support will stay on the line with you and contact the provider billing directly so everyone can talk on the same call so there is no back and forth regarding the status of the claim. I really appreciate this level of support. 3) They truly audit claims and actively look for overbilling which saved me out of pocket money. 4) Their website actually works.
