The Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington is a great hotel with friendly staff and excellent customer service. The hotel is beautiful, with nice and cozy rooms. Guests can enjoy good food options at the hotel bar, which has a happy hour, and at the onsite chop house for steaks. There is also an onsite Starbucks. The pool is open late.
The hotel is easily walkable to the MOA and has an Outback Steakhouse right across the street. A note is that parking is not free. The restaurant has limited afternoon hours, which some guests find annoying. While service is generally wonderful, there can be occasional delays with room requests.
The hotel has a special partnership with a nearby orthopedic center, providing a quiet stay with meal service and nursing staff for recovering patients. The management is also understanding, offering flexibility with cancellations when necessary. Overall, many guests find it an excellent hotel and plan to return.
Excellent customer service and the restaurant downstairs is absolutely delicious. Would stay again.

I highly recommend this hotel. All the hotel staff are incredibly friendly, from the hotel manager to the cleaning staff. The rooms are clean and very well-furnished with comfortable beds. This was my second stay at this hotel, and if I'm ever in the area again, this is the only hotel I'll consider.
