“Dropped in for food one evening which turned out to be a great idea! (Am not a guest of the hotel) They serve tapas style meals. It was super chill in a beautiful and spacious lounge. We happened to be there on a Thursday evening which they had live music. It was fantastic! Will patron again!”

“Only knocking off a star because the creamer in the room had gone bad. The front desk offered free Starbucks coffee as compensation. So they made it right. The beds are a bit hard for my liking but it was better than a cheap motel. And the pool broke a pipe for the 2nd night and was out of service, so bad luck there. Also there wasn't a free breakfast, but there is a restaurant on site that serves breakfast.”

“Clean, quiet. Walking distance to Mall of America and two restaurants next door. Pool and hot tub (relaxing but hot tub capacity is 6). Fortunately pool and hot tub weren't busy when we went. Good breakfast options. Edited to add loved the breakfast options. Eggs made to order in cast iron skillets, freshly made scrambled eggs, potatoes with bacon and usual yogurt and bakery items”

“Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great with lots of options and it stayed well stocked even though we came in the last hour of breakfast. The kids loved that breakfast had a soda machine. Pool and hot tub are small but well maintained.”

“I gave them a 4 star because the water that we bought was $8 which I think is quite excessive. Also, only was given three uncomfortable pillows. Would’ve been nice to have an extra one since they were quite flat. Other than that no complaints what so ever. It was in a great location and the rooms were clean.”

“Great location close to the freeway with easy access to Minneapolis & St Paul. Daily complementary breakfast was always stocked with a nice variety. The pool temperature was a bit on the chilly side, but once you’re in it’s not too bad. Hot tub was nice too. Room service lady was always courteous asking if we ever needed anything in passing. Nice to park underground as well felt safe and secure. Room felt a little dated and the shower was a little wonky to work with, but overall would stay here again.”

“I was a little nervous before checking in due to other Google reviews. DEIDRE (ie or ei, Sorry!) Checked us in. She was friendly, helpful with questions & so welcoming. My family & I stayed for several days. And although they have a free shuttle to the MOA (Mall of America), the hotel was so close, (2 min.) we chose to drive so we could drop off shopping bags throughout the day. The room was simple but clean & fairly updated. The pool was simple but the pool room was nice & warm. Staff at the Grille were attentive & friendly. Food was good. Diedre was so helpful when we needed milk for our overnight oats even at close to 9pm, she brought us a glass from the kitchen when she,saw the little store they have didn't have any. Just thoughtful & considerate. When we came back from a long day shopping a nice fella at the desk welcomed us back. Just great customer service.”

“If I visit Minnesota again, I'd stay here. The staff members we encountered from the front desk, the housekeeping ladies and the young man at the bar all were nice and pleasant. I always read reviews and I did see a review saying the front desk were rude. I'd have to disagree based on my experience. The convenience of our stay was great. The pool, complimentary breakfast, workout room, laundry room and the bar were all great amenities.”

“One thing that is nice its in quiet location. Parking easy hotel desk friendly and helpful hotel very clean and nice and now for bonus ya dont see much a bar and restaurant right off lobby that was really great. We did fever game at drank there called Uber to and from game easy.”

“Jose was amazingly pleasant and accommodating. Marta with hose keeping was very friendly and helpful with some requests that we had. The front desk was always very helpful- shuttle service was excellent- many trips to the Mall of America and to tge airport- good value.”

“I just want to say in emergency circumstances the Great wolf lodge steps up in all the right places! My mom had as episode as we were heading to check out. I asked a worker for a wheelchair and within a minute there was 6 staff helping us. EMS in the hotel assusted, 911 was called. They offered us an extra night on them with everything going on I was so greatful. The hospital ended up keeping my mom so an extra night for my kids and I to stay helped us out more then they know! When we got back from the hospital there was new staff on duty so I was unable to thank them for their quick responce and help! I definitely could not have done it alone!”

“Mark, who is a manager here tonight is not only friendly , helpful and patient, but also made this part of my rough day with 2 canceled flights be the best part of my day! He helped me get to the shuttle- literally told me on the phone how to find it at MSP airport, but then he also was so professional and friendly getting my room set up at the front desk! He needs a raise! :) Or -well, at least praise!! Thank you very much, Windham and Mark!!”
