“Wonderful hotel, really nice room, FANTASTIC Staff. Nice to be at a location that understands parking for 4 Motor Coaches and blocks enough spots to accommodate us.”

“Rooms: Not especially cleanNearby activities: Connected to M.O.A.Walkability: It was a nightmare to park and find our room. Other hotels very near that would be less busy and easier to navigate.”

“For the most part, the rooms are quite nice and clean. However, I'm not sure how recently the HVAC has been cleaned - my allergies flared up like crazy throughout the night in the room, and I hadn't dealt with this issue in a long time. Looking at a few other reviews, I've seen this as a complaint before. This hotel has a solid location in Bloomington. Complementary parking was a huge plus on the positive. However, the parking lot was slippery even though it hadn't snowed recently - I'd recommend they become more conscientious of this by using grit and/or ice melt more frequently throughout the parking lot to prevent customers from slipping during the winter months. Staff was decent - answered most of my questions as needed and were friendly. This was the first time I'd stayed at this location while in Bloomington, as I've stayed at two other locations here. I'd rank this hotel in the middle of the pack of the three I've stayed at. I'd say 4-stars is appropriate for this location.”

“Even though the Mall of America is about a 10-15 minute walk away, they offer a shuttle to and from which is great during cold days. You just need to call in advance for the shuttle or book it at the front desk in the lobby and they usually do it every 30 mins up until 10pm I believe (maybe 11pm...I forget). They also offer a shuttle to and from the airport. It's really nice and saves you on Uber and Lyft prices. The hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly. It is close to the airport so if you are a sensitive sleeper, just know you'll hear airplanes up until about 10pm. I'm a sensitive sleeper but it didn't bother me too much. Ear plugs helped me though. The AC worked fine. It was cold outside so I didn't need to rely on the air conditioner too much but it did what it had to do. Not the highest blowing A/C or furthest reaching but again, this is Minnesota, if you're traveling in the Fall or Winter then you don't need to rely on the AC that much. WiFi worked well. No microwave in the room but there is one in the hotel lobby. Hotel lobby is actually very nice by the way. Mini fridge is in the room and spacious. Walls in the room are a bit thin so hope you don't have loud neighbors. There's no furniture in the room besides the bed and a table and chair. Very minimalistic but I didn't mind. All floor, no carpet. Bathroom provides liquid soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. Complimentary breakfast offered and was actually pretty good. Nice gym. I'd say, the hotel overall is a 4 to me for its value but I'll give it a 5 for the great staff and very helpful shuttle service. It's about 20 minutes from US Bank Stadium if you're traveling for a Vikings game or event. Plenty of food and convenience areas around.Walkability: Close to Mall of America”

“This was a great place to stay for a mid-week getaway for Spring Break. It is nice that it had separate sleep quarters from eating area. I enjoyed the pool and spa area. The bonus was the delicious breakfast which was included with the stay. On certain weeknights they also included dinner. I would definitely recommend.”

“Every time I stay at the Sheraton, I am impressed by the staff. This last visit, they went above and beyond to give my husband and I a memorable anniversary stay. We received a surprise room upgrade and other personal, thoughtful touches. (Thank you, Katherine!) We stayed over the weekend, so the hotel was quiet. We enjoyed the Sheraton Club lounge with the fancy coffee maker and sparkling water, and all of the comfortable furniture in our suite. We booked the dining package and dined at Lela restaurant both nights. My husband and I were warmly welcomed and attended to by the staff. The food was delicious, too. This is a hotel we return to again and again, because we are always made to feel special. Thank you.Rooms: The beds and chaise lounges are very comfortable.Food & drinks: Lela restaurant has excellent food and drink and the best service. The Sheraton Club has a nice coffee maker and well-stocked beverage cooler.”

“Everything was good. Clean room, decent breakfast. My only beef was that the $10/day parking (which honestly is reasonable) is outsourced, so you can't get parking comped, regardless of your status. Not the end of the world, just annoying, when you consider there are other Hilton properties down the ”

“Wonderful hotel with GREAT front desk employees! Every one of them were helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The shuttle drivers were kind and helpful, also. This hotel stay made my trip to Texas even better, as I could leave my car, have a really good complimentary breakfast, and be shuttled to and from the airport. I won't stay anywhere else when I'm in "The Cities".”

“Rooms: Rooms are very clean and decent size. The beds were more comfortable than expected.Nearby activities: The theater and mall of America are both in close proximity!Food & drinks: Restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. We had a very large group of high school students and went to Bucca Di Beppo for dinner. I couldn't recommend them enough!”

“Not very convenient from the Mall of America by bus, but the microwave, fridge, stove, sink and counter top make up for the lack of convenience. If you come correct they'll treat you correct. ?Play the victim, entitled or hopeless you'll get that in return. You know the type of people I'm describing.Besides me having a few nosey (not noisy) neighbors that had to look through my peephole, nothing bad.Nearby activities: HockeyWalkability: Next to a lot of shopping like REI, Best Buy, Liquor and food!”

“I had a fantastic stay at the Best Western in Bloomington, MN. Ms. Shannon at the front desk demonstrated exceptional customer service skills even during the busy period. She made me feel welcome despite my initial reservations from reviews. This place is truly excellent. The pool was bustling with families having a great time. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will return as long as Miss Shannon is there!”
