This place has very poor management! I was in process of an application, rescheduled a phone interview and they just denied my application…. Went back talked to a manager and waited for an hour to get told my application was denied because of the call and to re-fill out an application went all the way back up there to wait 2 hours for another manager to get told “that once ur denied they don’t go any further because you look “unfit” they told me that it was because I didn’t pick up which was false I just rescheduled, so very poor management, and the store was very quite, workers don’t say anything to you when walking in , and they see people need help and just continue doing go backs, wish I could have switched that up energy up with my personality but happy it didn’t go further cause of unprofessional/ misleading management!

The place is very poorly managed. Store spread across two floors and barely enough staff. Check out lines are 30-45 mins long. Above all the store manager is clueless. Rather than trying to help customers, she has excuses about how staff didn't show up... if I line H&M I would recommend that go to a different location or avoid weekends & holidays!!

Terrible, there was only ONE cash register open when there was a long line up to the elevator sign. There was a lady moving around behind the counter doing whatever she is doing and no help to come back to reduce all the waiting.

Extreme wait time to checkout. Doesn’t justify the high prices

There were no fitting rooms open. The person in charge, Alicia, said this is considered a “privilege” on a clothing store. This prohibited for me to buy any clothes in this store.

This store has such cute and affordable clothes and I'm so sad that the St. Cloud location closed.

Store is well kept and organized, however it is SO warm in there. Every time I shop here I end up sweating. My last two visits I waited over 15 minutes in line to checkout (one of those there was a return of over 20+ items from the person in front of me) They need to have more than one associate behind the register. Why even have all those registers if they are never used??

We left this store 5 minutes ago. I was choosing clothes for my daughter. My children, 12 years old and 6 years old, sat down on a table on which clothes were laid out. They didn't run, didn't scream, didn't throw their clothes around. They just sat down because they were tired. The store employee kicked them out. She told them to stand up. When I approached the employee to find out why my children could not sit there and where they could sit, this woman began to talk in an aggressive manner about the table and clothes. I had to ask several times where they could sit? Until I heard the answer that it was in the fitting room. I lost all desire to shop. I have never encountered such an attitude in any other store. Or maybe you could still put in a couple of sofas? No?

I purposely made a special trip to the mall to go to H & M as there was quite a few things I wanted to try on that I had seen online. It was 6:30 PM & the store personnel tells me that the fitting rooms were closed due to staff shortage. I was not happy. Needless to say, I put back half of my items. How can you make $$ if you won’t let customers try your product on? It’s not like the store was busy so to let a customer or two try clothes on if you would like to make a sale. I just know I was disappointed.

Just got through arguing with a manager at the store as she filed to justify charging me 10 cents for a bag, katlyn was very bothered and didn't seem to understand why after some know 100 dollars with them I didn't want to donate 10 cents to a charity that not of my choice for a bag and also buying like 5 outfits a bag is a requirement! Poor service and attitudes looks like someone's idea was a huge FAIL!!!! Wont be back there if I'm paying for my bag after a purchase, your purchase should earn you a bag! Definitely letting the mall know!

An employee decided to follow me out of the store and accuse me of stealing a pair of pants. She asked me if she would find pants if I unzipped my jacket. I told her no and showed her. She returned to the store and so did I. I asked her what made her decide to follow me and ask about pants. She said I was acting suspicious for walking back and forth throughout the store and said she saw me put a pair of pants under my jacket. (No pants were stolen in tbis situation) On the day after Black Friday. She also said she was trained to pursue theives. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager arrived and I asked if we could view the camera footage to see where I looked suspicious and put pants under my jacket. The manager said they had no means of viewing such footage. What? I said certainly if you are training employees to pursue thefts, you can look at footage to see if their decisions make sense. The manager assured me they couldn't look at tape. Do better, H&M.
