Just got through arguing with a manager at the store as she filed to justify charging me 10 cents for a bag, katlyn was very bothered and didn't seem to understand why after some know 100 dollars with them I didn't want to donate 10 cents to a charity that not of my choice for a bag and also buying like 5 outfits a bag is a requirement! Poor service and attitudes looks like someone's idea was a huge FAIL!!!! Wont be back there if I'm paying for my bag after a purchase, your purchase should earn you a bag! Definitely letting the mall know!

An employee decided to follow me out of the store and accuse me of stealing a pair of pants. She asked me if she would find pants if I unzipped my jacket. I told her no and showed her. She returned to the store and so did I. I asked her what made her decide to follow me and ask about pants. She said I was acting suspicious for walking back and forth throughout the store and said she saw me put a pair of pants under my jacket. (No pants were stolen in tbis situation) On the day after Black Friday. She also said she was trained to pursue theives. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager arrived and I asked if we could view the camera footage to see where I looked suspicious and put pants under my jacket. The manager said they had no means of viewing such footage. What? I said certainly if you are training employees to pursue thefts, you can look at footage to see if their decisions make sense. The manager assured me they couldn't look at tape. Do better, H&M.

My first impression was that the store is organized very hap hazardly . I went in just to browse but got so overwhelmed by how things were displayed that I didn't even walk through the whole store . The collection was extensive but very confusingly displayed .Very crowded and I could see long lines at the check-out which further prompted me to run away .

Selection of items was good but staff was terrible. My husband came up to the employee with short curly hair to ask her a question, but she told him, "you know you could've just asked someone else on the other side of the room instead of coming to me, right?" My husband asked her for help because she was the nearest and the only employee that wasn't busy with anything.

This h and m is not very accommodating to their customers. They get frustrated when you have a friend or family member in the dressing room who wants an opinion on the clothes. They kick you out and don’t make it easy on you to help your family.

Found a cute black and cream wrap midi-dress....for when the weather warms up. Customer Service was great! Great customer service at the register or anywhere, for that matter, is rare. Wish I knew the young ladies name. MOA location

My family and I were here on 12/23/22, the day of the shooting at Nordstrom. The store associates who were there that night were extremely kind and got all of us to safety really quickly. While the entire situation was definitely scary for everyone, I honestly felt like we were in a very safe place thanks to the quick response of these employees. They also made sure everyone was feeling okay multiple times while we were there during the lockdown. I can't remember their names, but PLEASE give them all a shoutout or a raise. They deserve everything!!

The cashier refused to give me little bag for Jewelry ! The cashier super rude ,the “homie girl “ the one she have cuts all over her arms ..her supervisor know she was wrong but as you know the “overcompensation is awful those days “

The store is beautiful in the Mall of America but the staff was very unprofessional I went in there and made almost a hundred dollar purchase and they made me first of all no cards or bag or anything to carry around in the store and they closed the upstairs where the men's apparel was and had to walk all the way downstairs with everything and from the men's department and like in a pile on the side of the counter then they advertise the shop now pay later with the clarinet app the current APP and H&M never linked up so it never happened so I never got to do what I wanted to do so it wasn't the greatest experience but the store is beautiful the clothes are beautiful I'm sure my nephews will love them

The people in this store was very rude, in addition to discriminating against me for being Hispanic, the manager treated me horrible basically told me that I was a liar and that my clothes smelled. I will never shopped at that store again.

I expected better of H and M. I knew going in that it would be a store for young people, but didn’t realize that most items would be for people who want to dress immodestly (not that that’s bad, it’s just not for me). There were practically only belly shirts or shirts with deep V necks! I found one regular black t-shirt that would fit the school dress code, and they only had one in a size small which is unfortunate. I then went to go check out my one shirt, and the line was basically out of the store. I waited 30 minutes in that checkout line. The line wouldn’t have been that long if the employees at the counters weren’t lallygagging though. There were three employees at the front counters that were checking people out as slow as they possibly could. One customer had three items and it took the cashier like 10 minutes to check them out. I probably won’t come back.
