Placed an online order for balloons. Received a text that my order was ready. When I arrived at the store, all of the balloons in the order had been canceled because the store didn’t have helium. When I said I wish the store would have called me, the store team member didn’t care. I tried to place an order online at the EP store and then couldn’t use the discount code because I had already used it that day and also it was not too late in the day for same day pick up. So I called Michael’s in the car and they gave me a $25 gift card. I drove to EP for balloons and the gift card didn’t work when I checked out. And then I waited 45 minutes in the store for balloons but the staff there was so nice and I appreciated that they fit me in. Overall not a good experience. I’ll be switching to flowers for my daughter’s birthday next year lol...

I placed an order online, got the text that it was ready to be picked up, drove all the way out there and they didn’t have it. Apparently someone walked up and grabbed it for themselves because of their “honor system” for pickup, which means no one monitors who’s taking pickup orders. So I guess if you like to steal, this is a good store to do so.
I’m angry because I wanted to take advantage of a sale and now the items I wanted are unavailable in all stores and online, and it was a big waste of my time.

It's a treasure hunt trying to find an employee on the floor on the weekend. I was trying to buy colored pencils that were locked in a cage. Couldn't find anyone, so stood in line for the only cashier, only for her to tell me to go to the back, and only for him to tell me to go back up front because that's where the pencils were locked.

This is like my second home they always have what I need and I know most of the staff I love coming here even if it's just to window shop the store is always well stocked and staff is always willing to help .

I love shopping at Michaels but sometimes depending on which one you to you have great service or not. At this location, Lindsey helped me with everything I needed. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Great service, will be making this Michaels my go to.
