New store in MOA is frustrating. It is a corner location but lights and positioning of merchandise was simply not appealing to me. I expected an innovative design from Nike. Poorly done!

Fire them employees it was an Asian guy and 3 black guys with dreads didn’t help just complained about wanting to go home. The asian guy was on the phone didn’t really help. I was about to slap one of the man employees lazy goofy ahh boys. I hope they read this.

The sales team can check you out while still on the floor trying on shoes. Very easy operation, especially no waiting in line. It was a great experience. Good work. ?

Customer service was non existent. Went in today to look for some shoes, went to one of the employees to ask about a specific shoe I was intrested in and was met with little to no answers other than I've been gone for 2 weeks and we don't have anything your looking for here. Went to look for some track suits, two employees just standing around on their phones with people all over not doing much to help. I asked one of them for a specific item he points in a direction and doesn't bother helping.Dont waste your time going to this store for any Nike products, order online and save yourself time and money.
