The staff here are so patient and efficient at placing orders. There were shoes they didn’t have in stock. The team was able to order them and have them shipped to my address. It gets busy but it’s a nice store to see new NIKE items.

This is the best Nike store i have been to. I live in Texas but travel all over the country for my job. The selection is the best. The employees are the best. The prices are fair and no sales tax! And they do 25% off on occasions. The entire mall is a cool experience to.

The Nike Store inside the Mall Of America had great customer service, I was able to find a store staff member fast and received help looking for a pair of shoes. The cashier at checkout was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me join their rewards program. Great Customer
