“Overall, I’ve been very happy with the Edina location. Over the years I’ve purchased paint here as well as vertical blinds for my patio door.
I was a little disappointed in the installment of my blinds, the individual that came out to install them was in a big hurry and rushed through everything, That in itself wasn’t a problem, but one of the fasteners was not screwed in all the way, and is somewhat noticeable as you were coming and going out the patio door.
I had these installed in January, and figured somebody would reach out following up on the installation; unfortunately, there was no follow up.”

“Great experience here. The staff was over and beyond professional and a pleasure to work with. I arrived Thursday (load originally due Monday) had major break down. They took me early it was rescheduled for Friday at 6am. Delivery hours shut down at 2:30pm and I arrived at 1:40pm. The yard is very small but can maneuver to get my 53ft trailer you have to jackknife the truck but traffic can still move around. The dock worker was very impressed because he’s seen several drivers take 45 mins to get it but I made it in one shot. Also to get out you have to back out on to the street at an angle just to clear the tractor to swing out. This is the type of service that drivers like we work together not against each other. Thanks you guys for such a great experience.”

The gentleman who was working was exceptional.He was kind, knowledgeable, and very, very patient with this eccentric old lady obsessing over paint colors and finishes. *This* is how all store clerks should be. In this world with so many options, I will gladly head to Sherwin Williams.”

It was about an hour before closing and a few people came in part way though our order (which was quite large) and she prioritized who she helped well and got everyone out of there in a reasonable pace.She also helped us effectively with stock issues ralated to the paint shortage, and got us what we needed when things didn't go quite to expectations.I'm excited try the paint, from what I've heard it should be excellent quality.”

He was the only employee ringing up transactions. I guess the other employees were mixing paint. Jorge was a rock star. I appreciate his quick help and great customer service.”

“Great paint. Finish always dries beautifully have used Emerald line on kichen cabinets and they turned out even better than expected. I usually use duration on walls that need washing. I love Sherwins paint.”
