“I got some paint here a year ago. I had a great experience that time but didn’t submit a review. I had one extra can and I took it out to touch up this year. It didn’t match. I took it in and they mixed up a new can for me very quickly at no cost and admitted they had made an error in using the wrong base in one of the many cans I had gotten last year. I appreciated the honesty and integrity of the staff. This is a really good business.”

I had previously purchased paint here from an associate named Ann who could not be less helpful if she tried. She was rude, abrasive, and just downright mean. Not someone who belongs in customer service. Because of this, I have been visiting the store on Cliff Rd.
I recently found myself without some supplies and needed to make a quick trip as this is my closest store. To my delight, Liz was at the front counter eager and ready to assist me. This lead to one of the best interactions I've ever had at a Sherwin-Williams store, i'm so grateful to have run into her today and will definitely be visiting this location again soon.”

“Great experience here. The staff was over and beyond professional and a pleasure to work with. I arrived Thursday (load originally due Monday) had major break down. They took me early it was rescheduled for Friday at 6am. Delivery hours shut down at 2:30pm and I arrived at 1:40pm. The yard is very small but can maneuver to get my 53ft trailer you have to jackknife the truck but traffic can still move around. The dock worker was very impressed because he’s seen several drivers take 45 mins to get it but I made it in one shot. Also to get out you have to back out on to the street at an angle just to clear the tractor to swing out. This is the type of service that drivers like we work together not against each other. Thanks you guys for such a great experience.”

It was about an hour before closing and a few people came in part way though our order (which was quite large) and she prioritized who she helped well and got everyone out of there in a reasonable pace.She also helped us effectively with stock issues ralated to the paint shortage, and got us what we needed when things didn't go quite to expectations.I'm excited try the paint, from what I've heard it should be excellent quality.”

I couldn't remember the color paint we used in our kitchen in 2019 that I wanted to touch up and use in another room and they had everything on file.
