“Carrie was enormously helpful with choosing wallpaper. She quickly understood our vibe and directed us to a select set of sample books which we were invited to take home. When we returned the books with our choice marked, she responded excitedly and recommended a professional installer with whom she has collaborated for years. Her recommendations, guidance, and patience with expediting a manufacturer delay made this project effortless. Highly recommend.”

“Just left the store today and my interaction with Liz completely turned around my feelings about the store. I had previously purchased paint here from an associate named Ann who could not be less helpful if she tried. She was rude, abrasive, and just downright mean. Not someone who belongs in customer service. Because of this, I have been visiting the store on Cliff Rd. I recently found myself without some supplies and needed to make a quick trip as this is my closest store. To my delight, Liz was at the front counter eager and ready to assist me. This lead to one of the best interactions I've ever had at a Sherwin-Williams store, i'm so grateful to have run into her today and will definitely be visiting this location again soon.”
