The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They quickly ask customers what they typically like and provide great recommendations, pointing people in the right direction. Employees take time to chat and wrap products with care. The assortment of sauces is incredible, with everything out ready to sample. Customers find the sauces absolutely amazing and phenomenal, with some noting it is the best sauce. The store is also a reliable local source for specific items like Carolina reaper powder or flakes. It is a fun place to visit, and for those who cannot return, online ordering is available. Anyone who truly likes hot sauce has to try this place.

In the N345 location on the 3rd floor there was a worker named Thomas who was incredible the entire time. He walked us through all of the products and was patient while we took our time sampling. Im not sure if anyone actually reads these but that man definitely deserves some kind of accommodation for his work.
