“I have only had good experiences here. A couple times I taken my car elsewhere only to wish I'd gone to Great Bear instead. It's difficult to find a place you can trust, so I am glad I found them. It's worth it to drive a little further knowing I can count on them to be honest and do a good job.”

“I rarely take the time to write a review. But in this case I felt compelled to. the lady who helped me at the pharmacy was completely unfriendly. She honestly Made me feel unwelcome. Made a statement that if I paid for something out of pocket that my insurance could drop me... it felt really crappy. My insurance doesn't cover the medication.So what then am I supposed to do when it was prescribed by my doctor? She seemed agitated as I asked her kindly to fill it. Then she gave me an unfriendly look and said it would be 20 minutes.bad customer service, for sure.
There is a silver lining. When I returned to pick up my prescription. I was kind of dreading having to deal with the lady that I had dealt with previous. But, She completely changed her behavior and was friendly and helped answer some questions for me. I appreciate her change of attitude.”
“I hardly ever do reviews...... but this guy working cash register this morning. Didn't catch his name white male younger kid blue hoodie under work shirt he handled some rude lady like a champ. I used to work at a gas station and I would probably have gotten fired but he just held a smile until she left. He deserves something even if it's a paid day off.”
“I mainly go here for the car wash. It's a good car wash. When I'm there I also grab a hot deli snack and of course gas. The hot deli foods are a great quick snack. Prices are affordable.”
“Imran was super nice, he’s always happy to see me when I come get car washes in . He notifies me to put it in neutral and shut my windows up before entering the car wash. He helped me find the takis and some guy was in the bathroom for like 30 minutes and I went in after and he had used all the toilet paper and it smelled so bad so some other nice employee raja went into the biohazard to deal with it for me”
“This location is always busy , with the Kennedy High School kids always needing this location so close for there needs. The staff is always curtious to the customers.”
“My grandma wanted last minute Christmas card printed. They did it in about 2 hours. (I think) they turned out great, though my standards aren't that high. The people were nice inside. What more can you ask for.”
“I love this Holiday I can always find a free space to pump gas, if there is a line it moves fast, great to come pump gas and get your car washed, if you are hungry they have hot food or cold food fruits and vegetables for you to choose, if you come in the morning and are craving some coffee before going to work their ground coffee machine is the best you'll always get a fresh cup of coffee. Their personnel is very respectful too. Thank you. 😃”

“Suso is a good person. I have known him for 2 and a half years. I don't know why people now speak badly of the lady who spoke about milk. If he doesn't like berry, above where he bought it and he stops writing, we all do what we can. It's good business. I give it 5 stars because the store is clean and nice”
“Good afternoon, I've been coming to this Speedway for over 10 years and the new manager that's there has really turned this location into a clean, ready to shop and she always has a smile. I noticed her going above and beyond for other customers. This store has done a drastic change from the way behind the counter that doesn't look like a storage closet. Food is always ready and hot. You guys need to find more Managers like Ms. Ebony she is our Neighborhood Rockstar!!! I make sure I stop there every morning before work. If I could give her a trophy I would. Thanks Speedway for bringing someone who actually cares about the store to our neighborhood. The Bloomington Community!!”

“Good place, but could you please open your drive-thru? I really like this feature, and go to you because of it (there is another pharmacy closer to me). Not having the drive-thru will make you lose me as a customer and we are both less happy.”
“I see a ton of bad reviews, but my experience had zero hiccups. I did go closer to closing time. Part of the reason I came to this location is because they are open until 11pm. My cashier was friendly and prompt. I came here for some OTC medicine, and some Christmas candy. The store was clean. All of the items I wanted were in stock. Everything looked organized. I have zero complaints.
They deserve a sixth star for being open until 11pm! They were doing good business at 10:40pm, too.”
“I’m a fan of CVS store everywhere. Wherever I go, I try to go to the nearest CVS store, it’s convenient, and affordable for the beauty products that I buy. It might have taken a whole day for me to find the similar product in mall stores but with CVS, I can find right where I want. I’m very happy with CVS rewards program. Also, I’m very pleased to see diversity and inclusivity not just in the product but also within the staff members. It makes me feel safe and comfortable shopping there.”
“Clean, well stocked, friendly & helpful staff. HUGE IMOROVEMENT!! Stopped coming here over a year ago because it was filthy and barely had anything in the drink cases. Stopped in out of desperation and was pleasantly surprised. I mentioned to cashier that it was a huge improvement. Two staff members mentioned how it made a big improvement with new management treating staff well. Preach!”

“This location suffers from staffing issues, and consequently, slower prescription fills, it's true. But the staff that are there are always friendly, not at all neglectful, and doing their absolute best. Appreciate you all.”
