We booked with receptionist, Jill and she was super helpful and informative. We also learned that you are able to assist the movers to help with time and $. The crew showed up right on time at our storage facility. We did a walk through and came up with a game plan. Once the moving began, it was game on! This crew was stronger and faster than any of your friends could ever be bought with pizza and beer. Denny, Rodullah & Carleen had strength, speed and knowledge, the main man Carlos, exemplified all of those traits and showed years of experience and leadership. “Uhaul has gone to a mostly self-service/self-checkout model. This has some advantages, of course, such as returning equipment after business hours. And some people really would just rather do it themselves. They do offer the service to pick up at the office.However, you have to go searching for your own truck once they give you the keys. It doesn't seem like too much to ask to have a customer service person at least ask if you would like them to locate the truck for you to make that process a bit more user friendly. This would be especially helpful if the truck is parked in a difficult-to-get to location.It would be very appreciated if the truck were at least moved to an easily accessible place such as the office parking lot before the customer arrives to pick it up. As it is, the trucks are just parked wherever they were last placed and it's up to the customer to go find them in the lower parking lot and drive them out of that rather crowded parking area. A little bit of customer service in this regard could really go a long way.”
