“I use my storage unit for work purposes and moved to this location after having a bad experience at another storage company down the road. Shari at the Bloomington location is wonderful, I have to go there a lot and she’s always super friendly & helpful! The location itself is super clean well lit and also feels super safe (which has unfortunately not always been my experience).”

“The facility is clean and well maintained compared to other storage places I’ve visited. Terry was extremely helpful, guiding me through the entire process and making sure the storage unit I selected was clean and ready to use. I am very happy with the service I received and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility.”

“Mathan went above and beyond in securing a storage space for our travel trailer. He showed us the options available and we agreed on one. When we returned, two days later with our paperwork, he said he had another space available that we could consider. After looking at it, we preferred it above all the other options. Anyone else would have simply booked the space we previously agreed on. He was looking out for our best interest and fit for our trailer. He pointed out the pricing for each of the sites and used a tape measure to make sure we were happy with the fit of our trailer. He’s extremely nice to work with and very knowledgeable.”

“Clean space. Nice mgmt. The entire time I have been renting though, at least one door is broken. Getting inside is the most difficult access I've ever come across. Terrible. I'll be looking around again. Update: Uhaul has bought out Extra Storage which is what this review was for. Uhaul has been excellent. Changing my star rating to 5.”

“This is my first time renting a storage unit. Acorn has great rates, a clean and easy to access facility with secure grounds. I signed up and was sent my security code and information. It took less than 5 minutes. The manager was very friendly and helpful.”

“The place its self?! Is way too confusing they need maps ! But I rate it a 5 star due to the staff! A lady named Tiffany was so patient, professional, and very helpful with everything! She made the experience good! She’s a great person I haven’t had customer care like that in a long time !”

“I had a pretty smooth experience getting my unit set up and ready to go. The facility was clean and secure, which gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing my things were safe. The staff were helpful and made the paperwork super easy to understand, though it was a bit busier than I expected when I dropped by. Overall, it was a reliable place to store my extra gear and I would definitely consider using them again in the future. Public Storage”

“The Lock Up is a very simple and secure self-storage facility, and we had a very pleasant and effortless sign-up and entrance process. Ted was the staff person on duty and did a stellar job of signing us in and showing us the ropes. We are very impressed with the facility, and grateful for Ted's welcoming demeanor and kind help in getting us set up.”
