“I am grateful to have used US Storage Centers these past few years. Through homeless and many other of life's challenges, their convenient location and easy to access facilities were truly a blessing to me. I have never abused the facilities nor missed my rental payments no matter the circumstances and did my best to respect the property and honor other renters. The current manager recently helped me so much that words could never describe. She was an angel to me seeing me struggle trying to do the right thing. She even looked at all of my things and gave me precious advice on what size and type of unit to choose. I worked hard to clean my old unit out and even donate to charity. The manager is a sweet lady who really cares about her building and she cares about helping people. I last saw her on September 29, 2026. I can't I remember her name, but she is a short little white lady with long blonde hair. She is firm, but she is good! And I thank her for all of her help towards me. May God bless her richly! “I like the place but can you make sure theres air conditioner in the place or maybe check to see if it was working ? Went there on the 11 and there was no a/c ,, amd it was so hot
The price went up with out my knowledge,, i went from 58.00 to 75.00 ,,, that's alot of a price difference”
“Lawrence and Nick delivered and assembled some office furniture to my construction site trailer, and they were extremely helpful, super professional, and were very quick! I told them I had just hurt my back a couple of days ago and they even helped move a couple bigger things around in the trailer for me so I wouldn’t have to. They had great communication leading up to our delivery as well! I would highly recommend this company! ☺”

“Our experience with the 345 Industrial Blvd NE Extra Space Storage location was outstanding. We rented two storage units and parking for our work truck and trailer. The entire time was smooth from start to finish. The team truly took great care of us. Setup and onboarding were easier than we expected. “Was able to get through to someone right away to book a unit, and come in the next day to move in. Had an amazing experience with Kenzie, who gave the tour. She was informative, friendly, and so good with my kids by finding ways to let them be involved with the tour process. Price is hard to beat, building is super clean, units are secure, and they have the amazing perks of AC during the summer and heat for the winter plus bathrooms! So far everything’s great! Will update after some time has passed.”

The only thing I wish I knew ahead of time was where exactly the storage. They have a great map Showing me where my storage is located I still had the most difficult time finding it. Otherwise, great service so far so good thanks again!”

“**Update as of May 2026: new manager seems to be tightening things up. Moved out of here, but things are looking up from before.**
This place was great when the last company managed it. Ever since U-Haul took over it’s gone to shit. They’ve raised my rent 3 times over the past year.
On top of that, I arrived during access hours one day and the facility was closed. Texted the after hours line for help with no response. Main U-Haul hotline said they’re not sure why it’s closed, but they can’t do anything about it.
If you’re going to hike up rent, at least let me access my unit during access hours??”
