Seemingly opens and closes whenever they feel like. Hours of operation are constantly changed, and their employees will close early or open late by up to 1 hour.edit: There's a long thin gap across the parking lot that has been poorly filled in. Pushing carts over it can be troublesome.

I live just two blocks from Cub. But the recent greedflation introduced by Cub has me travelling to the nearest Aldi's. The bad service, inferior produce, and outrageous recent price hikes have made Cub a "no go," for me.

Love the new sushi bar. My fav is a spicy crunchy shrimp, last week my son came down from Duluth and they were so nice they made my fav--one for each of us. He said best ever. I've never eaten sushi before last month but after one sample I was hooked.The people in the store are so friendly & helpful especially Denise. Cathy, & DEB. And the bakery, produce & deli (LIZ)!Pharmacy fast. Effecient even tho horribly busy. Go the extra mile to get my refill even faxing and calling my MD to get refills so they're ready by time I finish shopping.Everyone, Keep it up, RickOne negative, use to have Splenda in the store brand, told "on back order " for the last 6 weeks

Absolutely horrible service! I had quit going there a few years ago because the associates were quite rude. I gave it one more chance. I was looking for strawberries. All of what they had on the floor was rotten. One of the associates in produce had told me he was happy to go to the back room for me if I couldn’t find anything good. After digging for about five minutes I went back and nicely asked him if he would mind getting some out of the back room. Gunnar (at least I think that’s how the name is spelled) overheard me, butted in, and flat out told me “no there’s a full display I will not go get more! You just have to dig!” Horrible service. So much for giving Cub second chance.

Some asshat monitoring self checkout accused my wife of stealing when the machine threw an error and went through all the products in our bags before letting her proceed. Then he didn’t even apologize after going through everything and finding nothing amiss. Disrespectful and Shameless. Garbage treatment of your customers.

This Cub Foods location is in a hrest location. It is usually moderately busy but typically has enough checkout lanes open. The store is well stocked and the employees are busy but always very helpful. I have used order pickup many times since it started and very greatful for this service. All the employees seem consistently friendly and courteous. Thank you Cub Foods?

Very nice location. Seems like a great place I have noticed each department dont work together as a team they just push it off to each other. The guys that are in dairy are always willing to help/ produce as well.front end is always Unaware of products and also pushes you off to go find a employee in each department versus helping you and being a team player for their store and fellow colleagues. I will unfortunately not mention any names but I think this is an area your store and team members should grow in helping each other out and not push off customers to find other employees for help. I have been to this location about 5 times there are good people and also bad ones based on my next experience I will update review and star thanks again to the kind and hard working people at this location.

Honestly idk which location to review but I spoke to RAY at customer service and he provided the worst service I've ever had in my entire life. So condescending and rude and then hung up on me when I started to get upset with his attitude. Because of him I'm switching banks. Also TCF just sucks as a whole. It's only May and I've had 3 new cards since then because they keep screwing something up. How ridiculous.

I've been having issues the past 3 weeks with this bank!! I've had them now for 2 years .maybe longer, and not once has there ever been any problems,, except for these past few weeks. Now I've done everything they said. Contact fraud department, make a police report! Change my pin code, change my card, ok cool done still not one credit has been returned to my account. I've spent the past 3 weeks with customer service not one person has credited me money to my account. An still I have these charges happening. Even after they admit to fraudulent charges. Weird withdrawl amounts. Like 9.95 from an atm. They still refuse to help me they want me to pay all these fraudulent charges. Worst bank I've ever delt with..

Took my friends kid in to deposit a check and we also needed help setting up the online banking. Unfortunately they were closing however the branch manager, Damaris, offered to stay after closing to help. It took a little longer than expected and she still continued to help us through the end. She's a great manager and recommend this branch for sure!

It's a lady of India descent working there today... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service, pretty much threw my money at me and all I did was asked for change... If you don't like your job PLEASE find another one, I've dealt with her before, same result, I figured I would give a pass last time, but not this time, I work in Customer service I deal with people all day.. I KNOW how a person should be. TCF PLEASE TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES!

This location has better customer service than most of them. This location is near where I work. They seem to be staffed properly and no line of people. They have no problem asking you about other things that they offer and explain if you have more questions. I was in the last time and they mentioned a credit card with rewards or lower interest so I went in today when i had more time to ask more questions and get all of the details. The branch manager started to help me, he saw me looking at a brochure and asked me if he could help. Totally unprovoked, I like that. I have been banking with TCF for about 25 years. They do a fine job for me.
