Took our 10mo daughter today and had an amazing experience. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They really have everything down to a science when it comes to making things go smoothly. We got a lot of great photos too. Part of the booking fee is applied to your photo order, which was great. The owner was working at the front and he was so kind. He asked if he could use our daughter for promotions, and while I had to decline I greatly appreciate him asking first and wanted to give his business a great review instead. Totally worth!

We have been to most the Santa's here and they all do an amazing job ! Not only the Santa's his helpers as well they are all super friendly and patient and extremely helpful. They really cared about getting the perfect picture. My grandson needed some extra help and I know his mom was nervous bringing him but the Santa experience crew got it done we got pictures of him with Santa and one with everybody together! Thank you Santa Miguel and helpers for such a great experience!!!

Maddie was so wonderful and made sure we got many awesome pictures of our 21 month old twin granddaughters with Santa! Not easy to do at that age. Everyone at the Santa experience was so kind, friendly and helpful!!

This was our first year going to the Santa Experience and we left with full hearts. Santa Miguel was so warm and genuine at what he does. We watched our little girls face just light up when he greeted her. I felt the magic in the room which is priceless, truly a memorable experience. We will definitely see Santa Miguel every year!

Santa Miguel was lovely and the whole experience was memorable. I thought 3-5 minutes was going to feel too short but when you're there it feels like he really takes his time. The photos you get are well done and all of the staff are friendly. We will 100% return next year.

We have been coming to the Santa Experience with our 9 children for 20 years and after Santa Sid retired we were sad and wondered if we would find another Santa to fill his “big shoes”. Well Santa Miguel was wonderful! He was so kind and observant. He said things the kids wondered how he knew. Love the Santa Experience!

Santa Miguel was excellent, and the staff taking the photos were amazing with our toddler and newborn. They were patient, kind, and truly made the experience enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the photo selection portion was the complete opposite. The employee assisting us, Todd, was rude and visibly irritated when my wife wanted to review the photos again and adjust selections to choose the best package for our family. He rushed us through the process, recorded incorrect photo choices, and then blamed my wife for the mistakes.
This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when working with families and young children. I hope management reviews this incident seriously, as it significantly detracted from what should have been a positive experience.

We had an incredibly wonderful experience! We were so impressed by the inclusive experience. We booked a session adaptive to our daughter’s disability and we were all so over joyed by the thoughtful, kind and inclusive atmosphere. Our daughter was able to use her adaptive communication tool to connect with Santa and all of his helpers were so wonderful. Our daughter was smiling ear to ear and giggling the whole time talking with Jolly Santa. She was still beaming hours after we left. Thank you so much!

Very poorly marked. Sad it's no longer in an open area, now in a store area. Miss it being in front of Macy's. The signs around the mall didn't specify where it was located. Poor experience unfortunately.

The Santa Experience is always perfect! They are timely, friendly, joyful and make everything about seeing Santa perfect. We have been going for many years and our special needs daughter is always treated with extra special care and we even got a virtual visit one year when she was living in the hospital for christmas - cannot say enough positive things about Lando and his team.

This is by far our favorite part of Christmas, we have been coming from Illinois for years to see Santa Syd whom retired and now Santa Sam. The staff always makes it a magical experience. Great prices and options available staff always takes the time to make sure you get what you want.
