I returned to this store to try on a different pair of shoes than the one I purchased the day prior and was met with possibly the worst sales associate I have ever encountered in retail. To put this lightly, this man proceeded to ridicule and lecture me about men being indecisive, and was combative when pushed back on how I was being treated at the store. I returned the shoes I purchased and couldn't get out of that store fast enough. I sincerely hope he's fired from that location. I highly doubt training will fix whatever deeply rooted grievances that person has with people. Good luck.

Staff is helpful but selection is disappointing. Attempted to try on a 12 wide in their most popular boot. None in stock. (They don't keep wide sizes in their own boots) Attempted to try on a 13 in a different boot None in stock.
Ask for that same boot in a 12. None in stock. Maybe it's just me, but it feels like Timberland shoes being in stock at a store that sells exclusively Timberland shoes would be a pretty pedestrian move.

Customer service was good. There were a few holiday specials. This was a smaller store with limited space.

Great customer service, free gist wrapping. Pretty store. We bought a few Christmas presents and the cashier put them all in nice boxes, tissue paper and all.

Excellent customer service. I went in on a busy Saturday (11/4/23) and all 3 sales people on the floor greeted us, even though it was super busy. The guy who helped me was fast and really funny. I didn't catch his name. I picked out my boots, tried them on, and bought them - didn't take long at all. I am glad I stopped in!

Did not have 3x shirts only 2x witch are all cotton so basically They only carry extra large or smaller not for the above average sized persons

Great customer service, great product! Husband bought a new pair of Timberland hiking boots to replace the ones he had walked the sole off in 15 years. They took his old ones to either repair and donate or recycle and he wore the new ones home! What a great thing more stores should do!
