“By far the best vet clinic I’ve been to! I have a dog and a cat who have gone to Nova for about 2 years. The entire team is excellent, they truly care and can usually see us within 24 hours if something is urgent. The clinic is also always clean and the atmosphere is calm. With all things considered, I feel they are reasonably priced for the experience myself and my pets get. I can’t recommend this clinic enough!”

Then provided me with medications to treat her with and very clear understandable Aftercare directions. also their follow-up is amazing. The vet there was a absolutely phenomenal.

I was able to get what I needed for my dog, to treat her properly, at a price I could actually pay. Which they did not have to do. “My cat had snagged my dogs pill pocket before he could eat it, so I called my local emergency vet, and they referred me to call this number. Lisa was amazing, I would 100000% recommend her!! She reassured me that my cat accidentally ingesting a medication my dog is prescribed wasn’t an absolute emergency. At first I was hesitant to hand over the $89 consult fee, it’s my fur baby and I would do anything for her. After I paid the consult fee, I was transferred immediately back to Lisa, who gave me a list of symptoms that my cat would experience, but that she would be okay and she didn’t need veterinarian care. Once you pay the consult fee as well, you can call them back in regards to that case anytime free of charge. I am very thankful that Lisa was who I had spoken to, because today had already been a brutal day minus my cat ingesting something she wasnt supposed to.
