“Can't say enough good things about Bush Lake Pet Hospital or France Avenue Pet Hospital. I've taken both my dogs here for over 5 years. I think their pricing is more than fair and they genuinely seem to care about my pets. I would highly recommend checking them out if you're in need of a vet.”

“Thank you to the Nova staff for fitting in Dino today! After he got hit by a car. He just has some scrapes and bruises, no broken bones though. This is only our second time here, just started going here a week and half ago. Love the staff as they try to help the best they can with questions and other things.”

“I always feel so welcomed by Claudia at the front desk every single time I come to VCA, I look forward to seeing her when I come in, she is always so kind and welcoming. All the staff are phenomenal from the phone, front office, techs and vets. I have been coming to VCA for 5 years now and the only negative connotation I have about the entire facility is the prices, they exceed other vet offices tenfold and I end up taking the actual procedure elsewhere for a lot of services I’ve been quoted by them because of this. It’s really unfortunate they don’t have more reasonable pricing as I have received nothing but phenomenal care for my animals.”

“I transitioned from another state where we had Banfield but they were all in a PetSmart storeThis is my first experience with a stand alone Banfield hospital so convenient to Bloomington residents. They have cared for my dogs. Most recently my baby girl who was 18 went to heaven there from declining kidney function. A kind passionate staff who loved my Shitzu so much. I have since adopted two smaller Shitzu who were from a rescue and like little sisters. They have all kinds of care wellness plans based on need to keep your pets healthy. I cannot say enough about the helpful, resourceful, outside the box thinking to resolve one of my girls digestive problems. They sell high quality prescription foods and will provide you a prescription for food if your dog is deemed to need it. Friendly associates at check in, help to your car, drop off morning appointments and afternoon in person appointments as well. You can book on line but better to call for availabilityLarge waiting area to keep dogs apart. Handicapped restrooms and slot of convenience. Parking can be tight in peak times. I am so grateful for their trained staff.”

“I have a beagle and two beagle mixes that we adopted as adults. Enough said, right? It seems no matter how careful we are, they find things to get into. This is an awesome service that I am grateful to have access to when I find trail mix that includes raisins in her poop, one of them hoarding a nub of an onion in the kitchen and he suddenly has terrible onion breath, or there's a scuffle in the kitchen because someone dragged a new bag of chocolate chips off a table five times his height to his bed. Let's not forget the mushroom the beagle got to in our yard before I did, while leashed. Needless to say, I am a frequent caller, and I am grateful to them. The fee is more than worth it to save the time and money a trip to the emergency vet would have cost in certain cases, like with trail mix poop, or to have a toxicologist calculate the body weight to chocolate (or onion) ingested ratio, then be available for my vets to call to help with treatment and follow-up.I have never called at a high call volume time, so I have never experienced a long wait. It will still be worth it when I do because, with this crew, unless we start muzzle training, I'm sure I will. Thank you for offering this awesome service!”
