“We had a very good Vet visit. My dog was given good care and handling. I appreciate that this Vet Office does not try the upsell on different testing and stick to what is needed.”

“Thoughtful staff, who treated us with compassion & grace when we had to say goodbye to our 19 yr old cat. Special added touch was a personal message on the whiteboard, candle and rainbow bridge poem ❤”

“Kristen and Dr. Anderson were so wonderful and caring with my 12 year old bearded dragon. He had been such a healthy lizard, that he had never been to a vet. Unfortunately, nothing could be done for Rocky, but they were so knowledgeable about the breed and assured me that I was doing the right thing in not making him suffer in any way. They were so kind through the process and let me take all the time I needed with him. I am thinking about rescuing a bearded dragon and I would not take them to any other vet. Monique”

“I have been going to Valley View for years, both for my personal pets and the foster animals at the rodent rescue I run. They see my cats, birds, reptiles, amphibians, and rodents. All told I probably bring over a hundred animals per year to them for everything from well checks, sick visits, surgery, emergencies, and euthanasias. They have truly seen it all! The staff has always been thoughtful, courteous, and attentive. I usually see Dr Alisha Anderson who is wonderful but Dr Larry and Dr Rachel are great vets too. I recommend this clinic to all of my adopters and I highly recommend them for you, too!”

“We can't thank Julie enough for taking care of our dog Fred for several years of his life. She was the only professional who correctly diagnosed his allergies so we stuck with her ever since that moment. Later in his life she was an invaluable resource to keep him comfortable all the way up until the end. She always went out of her way to communicate with us and we truly appreciated it. Thank you Julie for everything!”

“Huge fan of Smith Veterinary Hospital. My dog pretty much hates the vet. Both vets there, Dr. Anderson and Dr Parks go out of their way to work with him. And the vet tech Joslyn is amazing dealing with his anxiety at the vet. The pricing is fair, and the service is top notch, but the people make all the difference.”

“Burnsville Banfield is amazing as it has been for the last 25 years that I’ve been using them. As always compassionate and amazing care. They treat us like family and have given exceptional care. We have always depended on them and they are there for all our needs. We have a pup with IBD and he is at times in need of seeing his doctor and they have been so caring in helping us manage his needs. Thank you to everyone!!!!”
