“After my visit to Discount Tire on Lyndale Ave in Bloomington today I wanted to take a few minutes to write an honest review.
I have been going to Discount Tire for over 15 years, I first discovered them when I lived on the west coast and was happy to find they also had stores in Minnesota. In my experience Discount Tire has competitive prices, knowledgeable employees, and courteous staff.
My most recent to Discount Tire was no different, staff was polite, prices are good, and everyone was polite and knowledgeable. However, one employee stood out about the rest.....Caleb was really just a great manager (if he isn’t managing a store he should be). Caleb took ownership of consumer concerns, interacted with good listening skills, and seemed genuinely happy to be at work. His enthusiasm and hard were were top notch. He went from customer to customer with a smile.
This location is great and Caleb is top notch. I HIGHLY recommend the Bloomington Discount Tire on 84th and Lyndale and would give six stars if I could.”

“When I was getting gas the gas pump would keep switching off so Signal Garage did some testing and took apart the elements of the fuel system. They might have fixed it so I'm going to check it at the gas station and go back for more testing if it's still doing it. Other than that they replaced some light bulbs and wiper blades, which apparently were smearing (I didn't notice the smearing). Auto shop seems like a pretty good place. Miles and Sean are nice. They take the time to figure out what's going on with your car and to explain things. Not a fan of the scented candles in the office though.”

“Absolute professionalism as always from Discount Tire. I have been purchasing tires from DIscount for over 20 years and will continue to do so. You can make your appointment online, you come in and they great you as soon as you walk in. The wait is expected for the service being provided. I make sure all my family uses discount as well for their vehicles.”
“Les Schwab in Richfield has restored my faith in humanity! On this cold, snowy night, I realized my tire was extremely low (nearing flat) and I called to ask when they closed. The response was “we’ll stay open as late as you need us to - get here safely.”
Upon arrival, they quickly removed a nail, patched the hole, and sent me (and my young kids) on my way without any charge. In a world of nonstop darkness, this felt like a Christmas miracle.
I highly recommend this business based on this experience tonight.”
“Managed to not do my best work and slid into a curb with the snow/ice and damaged both passenger side wheels. I called A-Con after getting a recommendation to ask before replacing them, and talked with Brady who said I could send some photos over and they would let me know. Heard back from them within an hour and had a price and time scheduled and they had it fixed for me within 3 days which was even ahead of what they quoted me. Saved $500/600 compared to new wheels and from the photos you can see, they truly did some black magic. Highly recommend. Thank you.”
“Dustin runs a tight ship at the Apple Valley location. I stopped in late Saturday at 4pm to order tires and get an appointment for the following week. Not only were the tires I wanted in stock - they were able to install them right away. I didn't expect that coming in so close to closing time. Thanks!”

Paige was the one that helped me this visit and was incredible. Kind, energetic and so gosh darn friendly. She set great expectations and ensured my visit was efficient. Bravo on the top tier customer service!
I love that this location has gained traction and is busy. Although the downside is they are BUSY - haha!
