“I had a great experience with Azizi. He fixed everything in my car and tried to stay in my budget. He even fixed a part at no cost because it was out of my budget range and I couldn’t afford to spend that much at the time. I wanted my car back in 3 days and he made it happen. He even stayed late to finish fixing it. I really appreciate it very much as a college student working on a tight budget”

“I moved away from Bloomington a decade ago and *still* use Eric's Repair for all of my family's vehicles. If you're looking for a competent mechanic team who treats your car like their own, look no further. My only complaint is that I brought in my Honda Odyssey and thought maybe they'd accidentally turn it into a Delorean for me. Maybe next time.”

“Heidi and her team at the West Bloomington Caliber Collision are absolutely amazing!!! Would give 10 stars if I could. With 25+ years in the car care business I’ve seen plenty of good and not so good body shops. I would recommend this shop over every other shop around. Thank you Heidi!!!”

“I brought my vehicle in one year after it was repaired following a collision, right before the warranty for the repair services expired. Jeff and Dave were great - they got my car in right away and explained exactly what was wrong and what they did to fix it. There were issues with the length of time I waited and they happily honored the warranty. Great experience and I’d definitely recommend them and use them again.”

“Absolutely 💯 recommend. They are extremely honest and trustworthy. Their integrity is far beyond any automotive repair shop I've ever experienced. I am never afraid or hesitant when my wife goes without me because I know that she is going to be treated with respect and never over charged for services not needed. They are honest about the issue and never pressure her with other things that are not important. I always think it's going to cost a lot more and am always wrong about my estimate. Plus they explain things on a level she understands so there's never any confusion about what they're doing and why. Excellent quality of repair and service, every time.”

“Bruce and Cris were very knowledgeable and very helpful. After doing some measurement they concluded that the battery went bad and they gave me a new battery. I have been using Interstate batterie for about 20 years and they stand by their warranty for sure.”

“5/5 stars I cannot say enough good things about Bob and his team at Bob’s Auto Service Center. I arrived on Sunday 8/2, with a serious oil leak after an oil filter gasket issue caused oil to spray throughout the engine bay. The shop was closed, so I left Bob a voicemail explaining the situation and parked the car there overnight. He called me back first thing Monday morning, which immediately showed the level of urgency and care he brings to his customers. The car had lost nearly all of its oil, and the engine compartment was an absolute mess. I was extremely concerned that the engine may have been damaged. I dropped it off around 1:00 p.m. Sunday, and by approximately 1:00 p.m. Monday, the problem had been diagnosed and repaired, the oil had been replaced, and the engine bay had been thoroughly cleaned. I could not believe they completed everything so quickly, especially on such short notice. Bob and his team were knowledgeable, honest, calm, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Considering how bad the engine compartment looked when the car arrived, the final result was impressive. It looked dramatically better, and the car was running properly again. Bob explained that the vehicle had lost about 4.5 quarts of oil out of its 5.1-quart capacity, so I was extremely fortunate to have stopped when I did. I am very thankful for their expertise and the care they took in checking everything over. The total cost was very reasonable (Under $250), especially considering the urgency, the amount of cleanup involved, and the potential consequences if the issue had not been addressed immediately. This is exactly what you hope for in an auto repair shop: skilled people, honest communication, fair pricing, fast service, and genuine concern for the customer. Bob and his team were amazing, and I would confidently recommend Bob’s Auto Service Center to anyone looking for trustworthy, honest, and experienced automotive service. Thank you again Bob!”

“I had no idea where to go so I decided to follow the reviews. I was lead to Autopia and it was only 2 blocks from my apartment !! The reviews said they were honest people. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was a picture of the family. An owner proud to show his family tells me so much. I left my car there and was driven back to my apartment by such a gentleman who opened my door and took such great care of me. Very impressive. I received an email with the quote for repairs. I approved it and they went to work. They took great care of my car, were upfront and honest, took care of me, washed my car, gave me a few other things that I would need in the future and drove me around to where I needed to go. Prices were very fair and competitive. The service is why I would return again and again. Go to Autopia. You’ll just feel so satisfied and happy knowing you went to the right place.”

“Quality Care Tire and Auto is an incredibly honest and reliable company! I have gone here for several things: oil change, tire rotation, needing work such as new battery, new tires, new spark plugs, etc. staff have always been honest when it comes to the work that needs to be done and they give honest pricing. My most recent visit, my muffler cracked and was dragging. They got my car in right away and assessed the issue. They gave me two prices, one that they could get done right away and another one if I could wait a few days, they could get a lower price. I appreciate how honest, reliable, and detailed Quality Care Tire and Auto is! I will be back and I recommend you try them out!”

“As a parts supplier for the niche? C&J bus repair has a stellar knowledge base and communicates effectively. 49 year old bus parts and inventory are more magic beans than they are common grain. Although expensive, it's not hard to imagine why as maintaining such an extensive inventory is no small feat. Yet it's worth every penny to a customer like me. I'd be happy to do business again”

“Best shop around if you value excellent customer service, and good work done quickly. This is where I take my personal vehicles and they also service all of our company trucks. Both the guys that run the front desk are awesome, and always go above and beyond to work with you. Their convenience store is excellent as well, everything is surgical clean from workshop to store.”

“I had an outstanding experience purchasing my BMW. From the quality and performance of the vehicle to the overall buying experience, everything exceeded my expectations. The BMW itself is exceptional—beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and a pleasure to drive. The attention to detail and build quality are exactly what you would expect from BMW. Just as impressive was the level of service. The entire team - Dylan and Caleb - were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely focused on making the experience easy and enjoyable. There was no unnecessary pressure, and every question I had was answered thoroughly. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the service I received. Five stars all around and highly recommended!”

“I just stopped by to get my oil changed, had a problem with my oil pan that was not caused by Jiffy Lube, Nico handled it so professionally, he stayed calm and was very quick to problem solve. I was starting to get stressed because I had a client I needed to get to, when became aware of that, He stayed calm, was quick to problem solve and was able to put a temporary fix on it so I could get on my way. He ordered the part I need and was very fair with the price. I will be going back next week to have them put the new part on my car. I highly recommend them, in all my years of getting oil changes.
