Pricing was great, and the work was completed on time. I especially appreciated their professionalism and straightforward communication. I also really appreciated the small details β it was cold outside, and they even set up a heater in the waiting area to make sure I was comfortable.β

βOur family recently had our car repaired at Kennedy Transmission, and weβre so grateful for the help we received. The manager went above and beyond to get our car back on the road despite a shortage of parts. He worked hard to locate what was needed, provided a loaner vehicle, and was completely honest and transparent about the costs.
Even with the challenges, he replaced our transmission and got our car running smoothly again. The workmanship from him and his team was excellent, and his dedication and integrity really stood out. We truly appreciate all his effort and would definitely return to Kennedy Transmission in the future.β
βI stopped by an hour early and they had a non show so they slid me in and took care of my oil change. The team is always friendly and quick to make sure I am taken care of. The communication before and after my appointment is top notch!!

βI brought my vehicle in one year after it was repaired following a collision, right before the warranty for the repair services expired. Jeff and Dave were great - they got my car in right away and explained exactly what was wrong and what they did to fix it. There were issues with the length of time I waited and they happily honored the warranty. Great experience and Iβd definitely recommend them and use them again.β
βGood place to get work done didnβt purchase my tires from them because guy on marketplace had a deal to good to pass up but they installed them without a appointment just showed up.β

I have gone here for several things: oil change, tire rotation, needing work such as new battery, new tires, new spark plugs, etc. staff have always been honest when it comes to the work that needs to be done and they give honest pricing. My most recent visit, my muffler cracked and was dragging. They got my car in right away and assessed the issue. They gave me two prices, one that they could get done right away and another one if I could wait a few days, they could get a lower price. I appreciate how honest, reliable, and detailed Quality Care Tire and Auto is!

βAs a parts supplier for the niche? C&J bus repair has a stellar knowledge base and communicates effectively. 49 year old bus parts and inventory are more magic beans than they are common grain. Although expensive, it's not hard to imagine why as maintaining such an extensive inventory is no small feat. Yet it's worth every penny to a customer like me. I'd be happy to do business againβ
