Consistency is key, and it’s always awful here. Messiness, lines taking forever, ever since Zara came to MoA.

I visited today and was leaving the dressing room when the employee working that area was so incredibly rude.
I had a few items I was trying on and planned to purchase, and I was just stepping out to grab a couple more sizes. As I exited the fitting room, she said, “Oh COME ON. Can’t you bring your clothes out here to the desk like you’re supposed to? Don’t leave them in the room. That’s not how this works.”
I could see she was collecting items from a different dressing room, so clearly she was frustrated—but she was taking it out on me. I was completely caught off guard by the way she spoke to me—like I was a child. All I managed to say was, “Okay,” and she immediately replied, “OOOKAY, well can you do that then???” in the most condescending tone.
I walked the literal five feet back to the room, grabbed the items, hung them on the rack, and promptly left the store. I don’t know her name, but she had vivid-colored hair.
If the store doesn’t want items left in the dressing rooms, they need to put up signs or communicate it clearly—yelling at customers is not the way.
It was my birthday today, and I was genuinely excited to finally shop in a Zara store and treat myself to something nice. Instead, this employee’s behavior completely ruined the experience and my entire day. If this is how customers are treated, I can’t imagine why anyone would want to come back.

They close at nine, but they said they closed their fitting rooms at 8:45 so even if you’re trying to make it there shortly before they close, you can’t try anything on. Lame

They’re always weird in there. They act like we’re on Rodeo Drive. Lol. Or maybe she just thought I was a thief? Woman on the second floor literally interrupted me going through a small rack of pants looking for my size to place a pair that had fallen (I didn’t do it and hadn’t seen it fall) back. She straight up pushed the pants I had slid to the side back at me. Didn’t say a word. Made it weird. I left.

Horrible customer service. Wanted to return a blouse. I had a receipt from my bank. But there was no receipt from my Zara account. Manager said to call customer service and h gave me the police number. Inept and corrupt.

Bought two shirts - shrank in first wash, bled dye. Tried to return but they refused and accused me of bleaching and hot water. Uh, no. Manager and employees were not helpful - this place is a scam. Disputing with CC company now for defective items.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store today. The male supervisor and a female manager made me feel extremely uncomfortable while shopping. Instead of allowing me to browse and purchase freely, they followed me around the store and seemed to question my intentions just because I was buying a large amount of clothing. This behavior was unprofessional, intrusive, and made me feel unwelcome. As a paying customer, I expected respect and courtesy—not suspicion. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this location.

I have been shopping here since the day of the Mall of America's opening, and I've never received as good of customer service as I did last weekend from the manager, Morgan. I am in the customer service industry, so this is something I value, and see it's a dying art. Thank you Morgan (and the other employee who's name I didn't get ) in the kids' area Saturday July 19.

Reversible belt broke after using the reverse function on the very first time i wore it. Went back to the store, one employee said we could exchange for another belt which is what I wanted (sometimes product is defective and needs to be damaged out, i get that) and sent me to another employee, that employee didnt know what to do so i was sent to another employee, the third employee said it wasnt possible.

Fitting rooms and registers upstairs are closed. There is a lot staff but they will send you downstairs to join the long line. Awful shopping experience!
