OMG the music in there feels like I'm a prisoner being tortured. I can't imaging how painful it would be to work there.

if I could choose, I would say zero stars!! Worst customer experience of my life.Do not waste your time, money or energy at the store. The quality of the clothes are terrible and they deny returns even when return timely without wear. It's a scam I see it all over the Internet that it's too expensive for them to process return so they deny your returns and they won't take your calls and you have nowhere to write or call

I like Zara stores but my experience with the store manager at Minnesota (mall of America) was totally uncalled for. Unfriendly, mean and no help at all when I purchased a top that will not stop activating the alarm. One nice lady tried but can’t fix. I can back to return the item but she will not help at all and knowing what we have gone through. This person should not run a store

I like Zara, especially online… But the lines here are always too long, and the dressing rooms have been a problem since 2020. Adding one or two staff members upfront would make a huge difference for customer service.

This store is like H&M's evil twin LOL. They know their target demographic and they serve them well. I personally don't enjoy their clothing, but I do enjoy how much they know about their target demographic. I personally feel like the clothing isn't worth the price. They not only serve woman but men and children too. Staff weren't attentive or welcoming. Most weren't doing anything but patrolling the floor. Not sure if they have a theft problem, they sure didn't put customer service as a focus (at least that day) I spent a fair amount of time in this store to observe their routines. Staff would talk more amongst themselves than the customers. I believe Zara would sell a lot more due to staff walking customers through the culture of Zara, but if you're fish out of water, you have no idea what Zara has to offer without some type of research. I won't be back not because it was a horrible experience but because it isn't my thing.

Horrible manager that hates her job. I bought more than 500$ worth of clothes and she was upset that we put the clothes in bags and asked her to recycle the cardboard that are Zara boxes. She literally watched us unbox everything just when we finished to come then and teach us a lesson asking to throw the Zara packages outside in the mall instead of keeping it in the Zara store. Sociopath behavior. Lady learn some manners or quit customer service jobs.

Based on the 5 year track record of consistently terrible reviews, it seems pointless to pile on, yet criminal to just allow a store to continue to downright disrespect customers. After ordering $600 worth of Zara Home goods online and feeling disappointed with the quality, I decided to return. Before making the 30 minute drive to the Mall of America I followed the "return policy" link on my online order and read every word. Upon confirming that the store does in-fact accept Zara Home returns, I packed it all up into its original box and carried all 30 awkward pounds through the mall and found my place in the typical 20+ minute line. I stared at all the team members dead, angry eyes behind the cash registers and waited my turn. I've come to expect rude employees and long lines here, as anyone who has been there does.I did not, however, expect to be told flippantly by the manager (MILTON) that he would not be accepting my return. Apparently returns are based on team members discretion, and he deemed the home items "imperfectly placed in the original box", even though he hadn't even looked at them. Without further explanation and a literal flip (SHOO) of the wrist I was told to go online and print a label and he walked away. I then waited 15 minutes for clarification, while he helped another guest.I asked him if he wouldn't return it because he just didn't want to and he said "yes" and walked away again. He also refused to provide his name, which I found out later.I was literally blown away by Milton's disrespect and unprofessionalism. Beyond being a manager, there is a basic human decency owed. If this is how managers are speaking with customers (doing a simple, eligible return), its no wonder why all the staff is so rude.Do better Zara.

While this location is understaffed, one of the two cashiers at the registers was constantly using his phone at the register with a long line of people waiting to be checked out. I went there two consecutive days and both times when I reached the register to check out he will grab his phone to text for a while before doing his actual job.

Was disappointed in this store. For this store claim high class retail, it looked like a thrift store. Shelves and racks were poorly kept and in complete disarray. The shoes were scuffed and dirty! Only person I saw working was a security person at the door.

Wow Zara, I love your brand, but you can do better. This location is completely understaffed. Only 3 team members on registers across 2 floors, 1 fitting room, a line to the front of the store, and everything is a complete mess. This looks more like a resourcing/ management issue then an employee problem.

Just in the store love the clothes but holy hell what a disatser! What a lot of adult supervision wouldn’t help! There really are no words have worked in customer service for 40 years and that is disgusting to a brand!

was in this store for a hour. I bought $300 in items. Never once did any human who worked there acknowledge me, or say hello. Not even during the whole transaction at the register. It was amazingly pathetic. If i didn’t like what i purchased so much i would have never. And I’ll not be back. I felt like a burden the entire time.

Dressing rooms were closed, clothes were on the floor, and the entire store was messy. The quality of clothes is not the same as before. My blazer ripped the same day I wore it, and another item I bought came defective. I ended up returning the items without problems, though.
