“Most amazing service I have ever received!!( No, I am not a family member) My family was on a road trip to Northern Minnesota and ran into some serious car trouble about halfway up to our destination. It was a Sunday at 4:30, and my serpentine belt blew out. I was devastated, I knew we would be stuck for at least a day, having to pay for a hotel room and whatever the service would cost the next day at best. D.J. answered and told me to come over so I could at least store my boat on his property, instead of a hotel parking lot. (With all my gear loaded in the boat, I would have had to unloaded 200 pounds of gear out if the boat). When we got to his house l, and he saw that I had my 4 kids and wife in tow, he decided to just "take a look now". It was his day off. His wonderful wife offered to bring us to the hotel, and also brought out cherry tomatoes and a salt shaker while we sat in their back yard! (Much better than a sterile repair shop). D.J. decided to fix my car on a SUNDAY, and had us back on the road by 6. We were able to get to our resort by dark on Sunday, instead of who knows when on Monday or even Tuesday! This man and his wife are saints, and run a modest repair buisness, YOU NEED to make sure they get your buisness. 10 out of 5 stars”

“Been looking for someone to fix our 4 wheeler for months. It had a few things that needed to be done. When we take something in, we always know we won't see if for weeks. My husband dropped it off at 9am and by 2pm it was done and ready for pick-up. We weren't even going to call about it for 2 weeks. It was overheating, a tire needed fixed, the oil needed changed and the wench wasn't working. The bill was cheaper than we anticipated. Nelson's didn't show up in our search when looking for someone, we heard about him through word of mouth. The only thing I would suggest is better advertising for him, we wish we would have found him before we did! We definitely have a new repair guy! Fair price, quality work and gets the job done fast. “so I had a leak behind my toilet I called every camper place near home and everyone was booked till the first or 2nd week of October. My harvest starts in the last week of September. Having no luck, I gave Brainerd Pleasure Land RV a call. They had openings for the day after I called them. I brought the camper in a the same day I talk to them on the phone. So I got there at 1pm. Pulled the camper 160 miles one way. They told me that they might not be able to get it in today. So I gave them the option, I could stay in the camper. They told me to just unhook it and put in a spot. Had to wait 2.5 hours, but they got my camper in and fixed it. They got me back on the road at 4pm. They went above and beyond for the service. They provide 5 star service!!!”
