“Worked Brian Plantz. It was a great experience. One vehicle option was not on the vehicle so it was a misprint on the add. Brian handled this very professionally (which could have been a deal breaker) worked out a fair deal and threw in another option to offset the misprint. He answered every question I had promptly and courtiously. I highly recommend Brian. One of the best vehicle buying experiences I’ve had.The only negative is the paperwork process is very long but understand it has to be done.”

“I stopped at Dixon in desperate need of help to solve a charging system problem while participating in a racing event at BIR over Labor Day weekend. The crew at Dixon dropped what they were doing to test my alternator, diagnose the issue and install the needed parts to return it to functioning condition. After installing the repaired alternator, I was still having problems. They took a phone call and clarified what should be happening. I subsequently found a short in the wiring harness, repair it and salvage an enjoyable racing weekend! The staff was friendly, informative and helpful to a stranger in need. There are not many shops left that would provide this high level of service for a walk-in! Thanks again, guys!”

“My F150 had about $10,000 of front end damage. I just picked it up and drove it home yesterday evening. Once home, I had the chance to look it over more closely in my garage.The work done looks incredible. The paint blending, color matching, smoothness, and the lay of the pearl coat looks absolutely perfect. There is no visible difference with the factory paint around the work.Not only that, they also returned my truck to me fully detailed, inside and out. Not just washed, fully detailed! And they even touched up a paint chip that was unrelated to the accident.Everything they did points to a high level of pride in their workmanship. From my experience with The Bodyworks, I would recommend them to anyone who has the misfortune of needing them.”

“My friend and I had rented a car carrier in Bloomington MN to transport my car back to Bloomington upon getting to Baxter MN we discovered that the tire strap on front passenger side was for the most part frayed and absolutely too dangerous for the 2 of us girls to trust our ability to get it secure . That is how we found ourselves at Mills RV Repair and met a very nice and helpful young man name Michael who works as a technician there he was able to get the strap secured and should be commended for his kindness and support by making sure we had a safe trip back ! “I wish to thank Mills Motors for taking the time to refund the $20.00 that my Mother was overcharged for not rotating the tires at her last oil change and tire rotation. Granted it only took about a month to refund her money and there was no letter of apology, just a check inside the envelope with no mention of something like, "We are sorry for our error." I also wish to thank Mills Motors for hiring the mechanic they did who misdiagnosed the problem with her 2010 Ford Explorer. (She was told she had 4 bad ball joints that needed to be replaced and also suggested that she get four new tires, even through the tread depth on 3 of the 4 tires was 7/32. (New tires are either 10/32 or 11/32) After hiring another mechanic in Pine River, she learned that the ball joints were fine, however, she needed new struts and a sway bar. Since the vehicle had 185,000 miles, she decided to part ways with it and purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek. Right now, Mom is so happy with her new Subaru and the fact that she will NEVER have to deal with Mills Motors any longer, it actually brought a little tear to her eyes! It has been amazing to hear that other hardworking, God fearing people have listened to my Mother's experience and have decided to do their business elsewhere. In fact, two of her friends also purchased a new Subaru in Duluth so they do not have to deal with Mills Motors any longer! It's a funny thing about hardworking, God fearing people; the people who listen to them learn about mistakes that were made seem to avoid getting into the same situations. The way this entire incident was handled has the potential to save HUNDREDS of other senior citizens, some of whom are widows, and route them to other Dealerships in the Brainerd area where they will be treated with respect and dignity. Our family learned a valuable lesson from Mills Motors, don't waste your time with this dealership. Thank you for your employees complacency on behalf of the Customer Service Advisor and the Mechanic who worked with my Mother, and lastly, thank you to the Customer Service Manager for not returning my mother's phone call or including a letter of apology. “Mike and Glen were awesome! Travelling through the area, i discovered a concerning noise with my vehicle. I was referred to fleet by tires plus who was booked solid and unable to assist. I was delighted to find no waiting at fleet. They got me right in, assessed the issue, ordered parts and completely serviced my vehicle in less than 3 hours for a very reasonable price to get me safely back on the road. I would definitely refer travellers and residents to fleet for all their emergency repair needs.”

“I’ve purchased two very quality ski doo snowmobiles from brothers. Prices cheaper than the cities. I’ve made the 2 hr drive twice now for my new units. They have sent me things direct to my residence for warranty/BRP issues. Customer service friendly and easy to work with. Traded my last snowmobile in for my current. Process was easy. Overall have been happy with these guys and will buy my next one from them as they typically maintain their standards. CJ is very professional.Travis my salesman was great at responding to my emails and keeping me up to date.”
