Good Year in Brainerd is a great place to go for tire repairs and modifications. The guys are great and the staff are very nice, professional, and treat customers fair and right. They get the work done right, quickly, and in a reasonable amount of time, even during emergencies and a heatwave. Customers report being taken care of in an hour or so, with repairs done in no time or within half an hour. The customer service is fantastic and attentive. They take the time to explain issues and go an extra mile, acting as a go-between with warranty insurance to reduce stress. The waiting area is comfortable with a nice TV lobby, comfy chairs, and couches. The management fosters a positive team environment. Overall, they provide fantastic service that earns return business.

The guys are great! Treat customers fair and right! On a side note when I was there..the Manager announced on the overhead speaker that they had 100% attendance and no lates to work that day. I thought that was pretty cool! Way to go you guys!!!

My trailer wheel seized up today when I was a long way from home. Brainerd Goodyear/ Heartland took care of it in an hour or so and we waited comfortably in their TV lobby. Thank you!
