As a former employee and college student at Central Lakes College, I worked there over a year. I joined an amazing team who shared exceptional core values and taught me true leadership skills The store manager and I had an incredible bond and I was ecstatic to learn what true business management was through the good, bad, and disgustingly ugly. We went through some tough motions and I even got sick and had to resign and move back to the Twin Cities! But we got through it and not only did I learn the first steps of business and merchandising, but I got hands on experience in the office to conduct emails, perform administrative tasks, and even learned how to make deposits! It was phenomenal and now, as a Business Management graduate at Grand Canyon University, I can share this incredible story of growth and thank management the most! I love and miss you guys :)

Didn't care for this store location. Was in & out of this place in less than 10 minutes, I shop at Goodwill stores all the time, but this one is the worst I've been in so far. Store not organized well & building appears run-down.

This is probably the smallest spot I've ever seen. Employees are rude and uninviting. Avoid this spot unless you need someone to talk down to you and make you feel unwanted. They can definitely make you feel that way. No bathrooms. No organization. No houseware, just a lot of old ladies and their clothes. I'm still stunned at how you are so rude but except people to spend money? Great job goodwill

I drive passed the backside of goodwill every morning on my way to work and see a dumpster FULL of perfectly good items that could go to families in need! Why are you throwing away these items!? If you don't have room for them PLEASE leave by the side of the road with a free sign or bring somewhere else! I am so disappointed in Goodwill! Every week I feel like I need to jump my little butt into that dumpster and pull these items about to bring to the womens shelter or to the salvation army!

I have supported nonprofit organizations very similar to the Goodwill in the past. I had a very bad experience today when I went to donate clothing. I will never donate to them again because the people there are rude and inconsiderate of others. The rudest person was the person in his 50s with the tattooed on his right arm. He was verbally abusive.

I've come here with my grandma since I was a kid. Went yesterday 7/10/23 with my mom, aunt, cousin. The selection was pretty good with the store crammed full as usual...but most of the prices are a bit ridiculous for used items. Each of us (4 ladies) found an item or two that we were pretty happy/excited about, but mostly it was "hmmm...not for that price"
