“Bill's assistance was top-notch, and the timely metrics were a bonus! Ace offers fantastic service and prices, making Ace the ultimate destination. I genuinely love going there, and a big thanks again to Bill! ? #Assistance #Metrics #Service #Prices #Destination”
“Great place to shop in a great location making quick shopping trips possible. Great, knowledgeable service that are capable of answering any question you may have.”
“Jo H. came on time and did a great job! He went above and beyond and was a nice gentleman. He apologized for us having to wait for 5 MONTHS for service although it is not his fault. I have been with Sears for more than 45 years and have never had such bad service. All of my appliances have come from Sears through out my life. We have had to put out $450.00 at the laundromat, plus 5 months of warranty payments for no service. That is almost $800.00 plus the aggravation of hauling heavy laundry back and forth at almost 80 years old.”
“All the times I went in there the staff was very friendly. they were very helpful. shout outs to Sarah and Francisco. They made the shopping experience More family base. We're heading back to Texas. I will miss them.”
“Jim at the Baxter Home Depot found me in the plumbing aisle and volunteered his assist. He smiled and knew what I needed and where to find it. As I continued shopping, I heard Jim continue to volunteer his help to several other customers. He is pleasant and quiet and knows his stuff.I've worked construction for a couple decades. I've encountered dozens of Hone Depot employees. Jim is the best of the best.”
“Jim and Francisco were so helpful on my last project, which was a very large Trex deck. Once Home Depots end, things did not go so well, I had alot of items that didnt show up, or showed up towards the end, or at the end of my project. It extending the deck build by months, well into the dead of winter at sub zero temps. Example, I got my hoist hangers for the project after i was about 2/3's done with the project. Although this is true, the Pro Desk was very helpful on anything and everything. If there was an issue they tried squashing it immediately somehow. The overall work they had to put into my project was significant with all of the mishaps on Home Depots end along the way. Overall, the deck turned out awesome and the Pro Desk was amazing to work with. The only part that worries me, is going into the summer, if it took that long to get my materials in the fall and winter, will it take twice as long in the summer???? My hats off to all the help from Jim and Francisco, and their immediate reaction to any issues I had along the way.”

“They got just about everything in this little side road store. They have a couple gas pumps which make it the closest gas station to the cabin. Nice fellas there. Thanks! Definitely will be back every time we go to the cabin, I am sure.”
