“We have worked with Joey and her staff several times over the last 5 years and have always been impressed with their professional service and knowledgeable advice. 2 years ago we purchased a $450.00 delta faucet and it developed problems. I took the pictures of the faucet to Joey and she assured me that it would be replaced under our warranty. She immediately called her rep and connected me with the corporate office to problem solve. This process proved cumbersome and I again contacted Joey. She called the rep and I had a new faucet within 3 days. Once installed with new batteries from the factory the faucet quit working after 2 days. I contacted Joey and she again called her rep and sent me problem solving tips that very day. One was to install new batteries which subsequently solved the problem. Her quality advocacy and timely response to our needs as a customer were exceptional and something we could not have received at any big box store. Kudos to you Joey and staff and thank you for your superb service!!!!”

“Brandon in the front for returns was very helpful and willing to make the process smooth for me!But the icing on the cake was Jeremy B outside in the yard for pick up. Not only did he bring me to the correct place for my items when the initial lady said “it’s outside”, he also helped me pick all 86 pieces that I needed for my online order that was not ready even though I got an email saying it was ready for pick up.
