“Great service from the staff. Very personable and helpful. I was asked 4 times if I needed help. I just enjoy walking through hardware stores and looking around.”
“This store offers a wide variety of sporting goods. Prices are reasonably fair when compared to Walmart prices. Store can get pretty busy but there are usually enough employees working that you don't have to wait to long to get assistance.”
“Awesome mom and pop hardware store. Dont ever hesitate to ask the older gentlemen that work here if you cant initially find something you need as they will usually lead you right into the correct nook or cranny where youre query is. Always a treat to go here when helping my inlaws in pequot with projects!”
“Where else can you purchase a refrig and have it delivered the next day.. and on Saturday! Basement refrig died, went to store at 3:00pm, bought refrig on the floor and was delivered at 11:00am the next day for half the delivery and take away charge of Best Buy! Yeah for local Ace Hardware and Appliance!!”

“Best customer service experience ever! TILLY was amazing. She offered tools in the store and allowed me to take apart and dry off a remote that had fallen in the lake for my rolling motor. From finding me the right bit to take it apart to offering the blow dryer at the paint station, she saved my weekend up at the lake!”
