“I was on my way to Canada towing the boat for a fishing trip. I had an issue with the hub overheating on the trailer. I arrived there before Keith opened, he was able to fit me in as soon as he could. He was friendly, very helpful, did the work himself, and solved the problem for a very fair price. I was able to continue my trip, thanks to Keith. Very much appreciated, I was very lucky to find him.”
“Scotts muffler treated us well.. Owner is helpful; straight forward; and honest. fixed my wifes car issues in no time and for a fair price. There were a few more problems than I initially knew about but it was fixed the right way and done in a timely matter.
The shop I bring my work vehicles and stuff to for large mechanical repairs over the years; I have full trust in the owner there. He is a ways away from my new home but I asked him about quoting an exhaust manifold but said I would probably bring it to Scotts because they did a good job on the last thing I needed. This other owner is located 40 minutes from Scotts and said that I should just go to Scott; he said scott is great at his work and is the guy to go to in my area.
So the reputation goes beyond town and to other professionals. Nice to know ....”

“I had a really great experience at this auto repair shop when our truck broke down just before my move to Michigan. They went above and beyond, letting me drop off my vehicle later in the day. One of the mechanics, Tookie, was incredibly kind and gave me a ride to and from my apartment, which was a huge help. They got our truck fixed quickly and I was back on the road the very next day. The service was fast, the price was reasonable, and our truck has been running great ever since. A huge thank you to Tookie and Sheldon for everything. “They were very busy. Waited half an hour just to get checked in due to them being super busy. Did get my tires done in about an hour. Which is faster than the last few times I've been there. Would recommend they have someone designated just to check people in and out. Other than that great service and fast.”
“I came to hinckley to visit my sister and I have needed new tires on my car for awhile they were always losing pressure and had weather cracking, anyway it just so happen they had a set that could go on my car and in that same day I got four new tires put on at a super reasonable price. “We blew a tire on our tow vehicle with an RV attached on a Sunday afternoon just north of Sandstone. I tried many companies I found on Google and either they were busy or didn’t answer. When Jeff answered my call he was in St. Paul but upon hearing of our situation he raced north to help us out. He was great about keeping us updated on his expected arrival time. Once he arrived he couldn’t have been nicer and more gracious! He got us back on the road quickly and safely. Should the need for roadside assistance in this part of the state ever arise in the future, I’m making one call and that’s to Jeff.”
