Our experience at this location was punctual, swift & pleasant thanks to Nick V. & the others! We were about 15mins early to an 8am appointment; the man that greeted us was more cheerful than I was and it made me feel better. I was so tired. The D.O/P.U ride was pleasant also thanks to Mich. Our vehicle was ready well before the estimated time and everyone was patient and detailed about everything.

I was scheduled to be picked up after leaving my Silverado for a 90k full inspection costing about $800. Not only was I not picked up on time Monday morning, I missed an important 10am customer meeting costing me more money. I was in a hurry but thought about asking for a manager to demand some kind of financial reimbursement for my time and client loss. I will never purchase, or have serviced another vehicle from Luther again. Will completely share this awful experience with friends and colleagues inquiring about a vehicle.

Alan exceeded the expectation as the customer satisfaction is his priority. He was able to get me involved in the service of my vehicle. I got the necessary information about what was wrong and I went through some options in regards to what I wanted. No pressure in making my decision. Thank you!

I had some work done on my vehicle here a couple weeks ago. It was fine and service was friendly. However, since my appointment I have been absolutely bombarded with texts, emails (which I’ve unsubscribed from but they keep sending through different addresses), and even letters sent to my house asking me to rate their service, take surveys, leave reviews, etc. It’s to the point where I’d consider it poor customer service.So, here is your review.

I had a great experience working with Alan. Brought my truck in for routine maintenance and it was discovered I had a leak. Alan got my truck in right away for service and arranged a car for me to drive while it was in the shop. Would definitely work with him again. Thanks Alan!

Never go here. We will never again purchase or have our truck serviced here. We bought a brand new truck and with less than 700 miles on it, a tire blew going down the freeway. Husband goes to service department, tells us we don’t have a warranty on the tire. We buy a new tire, pay for it, but wait … service department calls back and says oh we forgot to charge for overnight shipping can we get your card again? Seriously? Two months later another tire is flat. Call general manager and he was basically useless. Said he didn’t know how to make it right. Told him to think about it and get back to me. Crickets.

Purchased new tires and put on at the dealership! Was happy about that until I was told about a crack rim and that the technician tried to repair and because of the crack I could experience a leak in my tire. So after I left the dealership and got to my job their was no air in one of my tires.thank God I had an air compressor in my car ,so I could make it home after work. So the next day still thinking the cracked rim was the cause of the leak. So I investigated the tires closer and realized that one of the stems where you put air in had a hole in it and I was able to get in that day and come to find out there was two tires defected stems. So they did repair them both with no charge . I was able to go to work thank God for warranties! After it was all done I am now a happy customer.

Bought a used Equinox next door at the GMC dealership. Brought it in for one of the complimentary oil changes. Also had them look at a small leak. First visit with John went well. They found the leak and scheduled another appointment for the following. At this time, I was told the repair would take roughly 90 minutes.When I brought the came in for the scheduled appointment, I was told the repair would take all day as they needed to leave it with a master mechanic. I rescheduled for the following as I appointments later that day.I arrived at 8:30 and was told Carlos would contact me when the repairs were completed. I heard nothing all day, called and sent a text at 6:30 pm (10 hours later) asking for an update. I called again in the morning and left a voice message. I did get a call from Carlos at 9 am stated the repairs were completed and just needed to get the warranty paperwork sorted out. Which could take 2 hours.I finally got a text followed by a call back 2pm (5 hours later) stating the paperwork was completed and my car was ready for pick up. Nearly 2 days to repair an axle seal, which usually takes 3-4 hours.Service writer was polite however the lack of communication will keep me from coming back.

Fantastic customer service! Brought my new (used) vehicle in for an oil change and the tech noticed an oil leak. My recent purchase qualified as Certified Pre-Owned to which resulted in a cooler hose being replaced under warranty. The dealership provided a loaner vehicle and made the whole process quick and easy. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for their top-notch service!!

Lance was with me from the very beginning. He was my sales rep at the onset of my lease of the vehicle 3 years ago, and now here at the conclusion of the lease, and the completion of the sale of the same leased vehicle.I appreciated his patience, expertise and most of all his no pressure approach throughout the entire 3 years. As well as checking in throughout to ensure my comfort and happiness with the vehicle.I will be going through Lance to purchase my next vehicle, which I hope to be a truck in the future. Its a long trip to the dealership but thinking to go to a dealership that advertises customer care that is above the norm. But once again I failed to understand why a problem was found during my vehicle inspection and not repaired. I was told that the next time I come in they would repair the oil cooler leak . My question is what will happen if it gets worse before I get back to the dealership and I lose all my oil to my engineIt will need to be fixed before that happens I believe in being proactive to avoid a break down.

Every time I've gone in for service, they're all smiles and friendly when you arrive, "We'll get you taken care of" ...then the communication ends. I brought my car in for a 9:15am appointment yesterday and hadn't gotten an update by 2:20pm.I called and my service advisor said he'd check on it and get right back to me. Finally at 4:30pm he called and said they hadn't diagnosed the problem yet, and needed to keep my car overnight. (Then why on earth did I bring it in at 9:15am?? So much for making an appointment.) Now it's the next day, almost noon, I just called for an update, got my service tech's voicemail, and still haven't heard anything.This isn't the first time... this service department is notoriously slow and uncommunicative. If they would at least BE HONEST UPFRONT about wait times, and KEEP CUSTOMERS UPDATED on their vehicle's progress, it wouldn't be so frustrating. If my car wasn't still under an extended warranty I wouldn't go near the place.As for the actual work they do, it's fine, the waiting area is nice (I should know, I've spent hours in it) and I do appreciate the shuttle service, so I give 2 stars instead of 1.

As a used car dealer, dealer ambassador, and a dealer operations consultant of 33 years, I have been using their parts and service departments for as long as Luther has owned it, and even prior to that. This is the 1st store I call for GM parts because of Jerry and the rest of the parts staff. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and just good people to work with. Cassie in service is looked upon as the same. Make this your first call, and you won't be disappointed.......
