“Divya Patel and her colleagues at the UPS Store Champlin recently picked up a piece of artwork that I had purchased from the local Goodwill store, and they packed and shipped it to me in Maryland. They did an amazing job of packing and protecting the artwork since it had a glass in the frame and was oversized. The artwork arrived via UPS ground in a few days and was in perfect condition. It was obvious to me that they went to great lengths to make sure that the item wasn't damaged in transit. I highly recommend using the UPS Store in Champlin for all of your shipping needs!”
“So if my item needs packaging they will Charge me a decent amount but if they have to package it and it’s on them they put it in a plastic bag also printing shipping labels is $1.50 while the library charges $.10 for copy.”

There was a really nice Associate named Vino that helped me correct the obituary that I needed to print off. She was very Kind, Helpful and Patient . I look forward to visiting this particular location again because of the wonderful customer service that I received from Vino.”
