There was only one guy working. He greeted me and asked what I needed. He was helping another customer and able to assist me when in between.
My purpose was to get a new SIMs card for my mom's phone. Once I got home to change out the SIMs card. I had to call tech support to help guide me and be told the SIMs card had NOT been activated yet.

Our niece needed a new phone and we had a deal where we could trade it in for a new one. They kept pressuring me about changing my plans to a less expensive one by adding a new line which we didn’t need. I didn’t want a new device, but they were like oh you don’t need a new device. You can have an extra line on your phone. Still a thing I didn’t need. But they convinced me because it was cheaper to go with a different plan. They didn’t tell me that I would lose Apple Music and Apple TV+. And now they want to try to sell me a subscription to Apple one. They’re telling me I would have to buy a family plan of Apple one in order to stream it on my television. They are telling me that I could only watch it on my phone. According to them, I am saving $20 a month on this new plan. But in order to add back Apple TV and Apple Music to my phone and my Apple account, it will cost me $21 a month. They make me want to go to a completely different cellular service. Do not go to this Verizon store.
I emailed them at the address below. No response. It’s all performative.
