“Used them many times over the years, but this last weekend had my daughter go in and grab a Diamond Pier bit and jack hammer, we only called the tool what the retailer said to call it (which was wrong) and they figure out what my daughter needed, by our poor description, and got it to her for us to finish the project that day. This was with only 5 min before they closed for a long holiday weekend, The way the whole team there treated her was beyond 5 stars.
