“My experience with the Brooklyn Park location was excellent. I had made an appointment at 9 am for pick up, when I got there, they had the truck and the supplies I ordered ready and waiting. The rep there made sure all my questions where answered and made sure I knew how to make the drop off process go easy. When the drop off time came, arrived and shortly after another rep took the keys, asked if everything went well and checked over the vehicle. Both pick up and drop off process went really well.
