First time experiencing jpt Services I personally do not have my car there but we pulled my son's car there looks like they have plenty of business and very little room to Park which is unfortunate as their landlocked but I will have a further update on the rating once my son has the work done on his car of which he brought to a different shop for two previous problems. So hopefully this place as my son says comes with good reviews and I will leave an accurate one when I finish having them work on my son's vehicle but so far it looks high quality and professionally run .

I came here on a recommendation and positive reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite. I brought my car in for a diagnosis, and they finished the diagnosis in an unusually short amount of time, which immediately raised concerns. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was shocked to find that they hadn’t reassembled it properly—the parts they pulled were left lying in my back seat!
When I asked them to put my car back together the way I had brought it in, I was met with an impatient, condescending attitude. They only did it resentfully after I insisted. On top of that, the repair estimate they gave me seemed a bit high, so I decided to get a second opinion. The other shop I went to informed me that a part was broken and another was missing entirely—issues that clearly happened while in this shop’s care.
What was supposed to be a straightforward diagnostic has now left me with a huge bill, missing parts, and an overall terrible experience. Dishonest, careless, and unprofessional. I trusted this place based on recommendations and reviews, and I regret it.

Hey, just had my car taken into Zack and his team. Initially went in for breaks, but found out there was more wrong with the car. Loved the line of communication Zack kept with me. And saying any work I wanted done beyond breaks was my decision. They did not do any work without my knowledge or consent. Loved how easy JPT is to work with, and the quality of work when done. Also, found the price of the fixes to be very affordable and comparable to other places. Would highly recommend JPT to anyone in the future.

Absolute perfect service from the phone call to make an appointment to the thorough professional execution of required repairs. Great communication, fair and transparent pricing. Hands down the best place to get your vehicle serviced. The only car repair shop I'll use from now on.

These Guys are just great.
Zach tells it as it is and also takes the time to explain the problem to me.
Me and my wife will keep coming here for our mechanic needs for the foreseeable future even though we live further up North now.

At a 2 now, should be a 1 if you ask me. Here's why.. Back in January I purchased a pre owned Charger that had it's transmission rebuilt at this shop. About s week later the transmission began "falling out of gear" I called the shop because the previous owner had explained the rebuild and the warranty. Talked to the owner who told be to get it down there and they'd look at once they fufilled other commitments. Ok, I get that. After waiting what seemed to be a year ,(it was a week in a half.) I was a little upset that they hadn't called me with an update and explained that to the owner. I was then told I could come pick the fk'n car up, he didn't want to work on
it the first place. Since I was not the the one who got thr repair with the warranty. After a while coolder heads prevailed and he agreed to take care of the labor if I paid for parts. Fine, something was better than nothing. Please they were given the claim on the torque converters labor time.

Car is back there now after 2 days I will continue this review once it's done. It's been in the shop for 6.5 weeks so far this time, over 2 months all together

I've been going to JPT for many years. Once you find an honest, hard-working competent group of mechanics, you don't go anywhere else, and that's what JPT is. Especially in their new location, you can get great service at a fair price. You never have to worry about whether you're being ripped off. I think most people have had a bad experience at some point in their life with mechanics and auto service, but I can honestly say that that has never happened to me in 15 years with JPT. They have earned our loyalty.
