“I went to this UPS location to print off an obituary but after trying to print the obituary off from my cellphone it wasn’t working out in my favor. There was a really nice Associate named Vino that helped me correct the obituary that I needed to print off. She was very Kind, Helpful and Patient . I look forward to visiting this particular location again because of the wonderful customer service that I received from Vino.”

“I’m giving the Manager 4 stars. She was polite and had to intervene because Derrick refused to enter the correct address. She corrected everything and made sure my package is going where it should be. Derrick had an attitude and he refused to listen or correct the address again when I called. He was more concerned that he was off work in a few minutes than he was with fixing his”mistake,” Stating ,”it’s too late your package was already picked up!” Meaning your package is going to the wrong address, it’s your fault ,and that’s ok because we close in two minutes. Their entire business is mailing packages. He couldn’t care less if my package arrived at the correct address. Which is his job. That level of disregard and incompetence is not ok when you’re already overpaying to mail a package. If you don’t want to your job then go work somewhere else. I told him the correct zip code multiple times and he still got it wrong. He not only got it wrong he refused to fix it arguing that the computer is changing the city. When he was putting in the wrong zip code. He made the process unpleasant because he was disrespectful and unprofessional! People with that type of disrespectful argumentative attitude have no business dealing with anyones customers! I refuse to return to that store. Mailing a package should never be that aggravating!”

“the people that work here are genuinely helpful, i came in once with a super confusing verizon return and didn't have the paperwork i was supposed to have and the person working that day found a workaround within 5 minutes. i also just went in to get a passport photo taken and after they told me they didn't do digital copies the guy offered to just take the picture on my phone free of charge (should've gotten your name, i appreciate you!)”

“Had a wonderfully smooth (and fun!) experience here yesterday when I stopped by for a notarization appointment. All three gentlemen working here were extremely helpful, funny, and patient. The notary public who helped me photocopy and notarize my diploma was super thorough and double checked that every element was included. They didn’t even charge me for the colored photocopies! The staff here seem genuinely interested in talking to the customers and making them feel comfortable. I’ll definitely be back again soon!!”

“I had four shipments of coffee beans to go out. They had the right-sized boxes, loaned me a Sharpie to write the address, and a tape to seal them shut. The kind man at the counter was helpful, polite, and tactful. Customer Service is alive and well at this location. Thanks, and keep up the quality!”
“So if my item needs packaging they will Charge me a decent amount but if they have to package it and it’s on them they put it in a plastic bag also printing shipping labels is $1.50 while the library charges $.10 for copy.”
“Divya Patel and her colleagues at the UPS Store Champlin recently picked up a piece of artwork that I had purchased from the local Goodwill store, and they packed and shipped it to me in Maryland. They did an amazing job of packing and protecting the artwork since it had a glass in the frame and was oversized. The artwork arrived via UPS ground in a few days and was in perfect condition. It was obvious to me that they went to great lengths to make sure that the item wasn't damaged in transit. I highly recommend using the UPS Store in Champlin for all of your shipping needs!”
