Unfriendly, sometimes unprofessional, and often seeming like they did not want to help. V&P is the complete opposite. “Eli was very nice, friendly & knowledgeable. All the parts came in, which used to be a problem in the past. He fixed my wheelchair & fixed a few things thst weren’t on the work order. They cleaned up after they were done. Definitely recommend if you need your wheelchair fixed”
