She had such a fun and patient guidance with me for purchasing scrubs and accessories. Even while busy with other customers, never loosing her incredible customer skills!! I called her manager on Monday, 02-03-2025 to inform her, how wonderful my experience was and wanted the manager to know right away and relate by gratitude back to Jenn D.. “I am hoping this is correct? I am recognizing a person at the CPAP supply store in Maple Grove. This was a month ago but I haven’t been in this store for quite a while. They seem to have a high turnover here. I think I know why. When I arrived the kindest person in the world greeted me, I think her name was Sherence? Or Sherie? Shuurece. I think my receipt said 421, or 426 that helped me with my CPAP supply order. This beautiful and kind lady exemplifies what customer service should feel like. I was so happy to receive excellent customer service as I feel in today’s world it is non-existent. This lady made my day, I had the best day after my visit. I was on a high of positivity after leaving her. What an impact she had on me. God bless this woman to infinity!!!!”
