Menards in Brooklyn Park is a popular hardware store known for its wide selection of products, including building materials, tools, houseware items, clothing, pet supplies, patio furniture, and food. Customers often praise the friendly and helpful staff, with many highlighting the positive shopping experiences created by the cashiers and managers. Notable mentions include a cheerful front manager who greets customers with a radiant smile and a cashier named Annie, who is recognized for her efficiency and attentiveness at checkout. However, there are some concerns regarding the store's layout and customer flow. A recent change introducing a divider between entrances and exits has frustrated customers, as it complicates parking and access to the store. Many have expressed dissatisfaction with wait times due to a limited number of cashiers available, despite the presence of numerous registers. Some customers have reported mixed experiences with specific employees, particularly in the Millwork department, where one worker was noted as unhelpful. Despite these issues, the overall sentiment is that Menards offers great service and a solid product selection, making it a go-to destination for home improvement needs. While there are some areas for improvement, the positive interactions with staff keep many customers returning.
Great place to get your home improvement supplies. Would be nice if the Brooklyn Park location had a complete selection of all pipe fitting types. They are losing sales due to not being able to get everything in one store.
