I'm a mechanical engineer for a huge construction company and I still need some help when it comes to paint, flooring, wallpaper disaster removal, and my awesome 9'-0" heigh axe throwing board and stand. Rich has helped me on countless items! He's my go to guy! Always helps me, if he can't help, he always directs me to the right person. I give this Home Depot 100%!!!”

“Family-owned and operated and going 70 years strong. There is a reason for that, because they treat their customers like family. It hurts me to know that they suffer from rampant theft and the drug-addicted take over of the area. Thanks to their crazy city council that doesn't protect the people, and leaves an entire police precinct abandoned. I love places like this. Keep up the great work, keep up the awareness. And hopefully locals will come around and vote sanity back into this neighborhood and great city.”

“Awesome, friendly people here. My husband rents tools here often for home projects. They have a free section outside their door, at least on 9/13/23, they did. And they have several things for sale in the entrance too! I told my husband to buy anything he wanted - he did! The only thing I would recommend, to be changed, is to make the signage - BIGGER -... The first picture (hopefully the way Google portrays them, it'll be my first picture,) shows how small the Tool Library sign is. That'd be my only suggestion! Great parking available, many entrances available too! Check their website for varying hours!”

“I needed a fan for my bathroom. They showed one in stock, that I could pick up today when I checked online. Everywhere else showed pick up for a few days out. So I went here. When I got in the door there were a couple of employees around the counter doing various things that I really didn't pay attention to. One asked if I needed help. I asked my question and another responded with the exact location. As I was going there. I walked by a customer talking to another employee. I could hear their conversation quite well as I was looking at my options for the fans, he was going in depth on the product she was looking at. With very good information. This being the first time I have been to this store. Seeing that, and looking at what they had around. I was sad I've lived so close for so long and had not thought about coming here. I know it's not as big as Home Depot, or the likes. But I'm going to come here first for all my needs before going elsewhere! I've not had that kind of perfect amount of help, or feel of knowledge on products from any of the bigger stores.”

“This place is amazing. I've had weird hardware problems a handful of times. They've shown me what to get and then just fixed them for me while in the store. I had a shower chair leg with the threads messed up so the foot wouldn't attach with existing bolt. One staff took it in the back and fixed it. Didn't charge me a thing. Though I did end up buying some small toys for my kiddos. Cannot recommend this place enough.”

“I arrived at the store 7:45 pm. New it was near closing time, but new they would give me the help I needed. My bathroom drain had become clogged and it ended up being hard to unclog. A wonderful young man helped me in the section. He read thru labels to ensure I got what I needed. With all the products he was diligent to making sure I left with what I needed. The store than closed when I left. Thank You so much to the young man as I was able to unclog both drains and could not have done it without his help. Kudos to an employee that cares??This is why WE come here.”
