“I have a 13 year old Aussie that loves her Rah Raw. Before we switched she would go days without eating. Now, she is always ready for her great food!! Nothing better than seeing your Aussie wagging her little nub tail. We also have battled ear infections with her since we rescued her over 11 years ago. Those issues have left and it is a wonderful feeling knowing she isn't having those issues. Thanks for the great product Max, wish I would have found you guys sooner!”

“Pet yard pickup has been cleaning my girls backyard for many many years. We actually had pet yard before Becky took over the business. We had them come out every other week when we had 3 fur kids. “Bob is amazing. He has a huge assortment of bird feeders and seed mixtures for birds you wish to attract. Prices are fair and his customer service is excellent he is a veratible encyclopedia of avian knowledge. The road to get to his store is not for the faint of heart - single lane twisty gravel path for about a mile. It can be done in a regular passenger car but don't take a large RV down there!”

“Love the dog wash station, and the staff is always helpful and friendly.Definitely recommend their self-service dog washing station. It’s so easy to use and the prices are very reasonable. (Amounts to about $5/bath if you get the packages). So easy to bring your dog in, wash them, and leave. Saves a huge mess in your house, and if your dog has fur and no need for the groomer, also saves money.”

“Amazing store and staff, always very kind and helpful.Huge and special shout out to Mysterie and bear!! Amazing training, demonstration, and does amazing with the pups. She connects to each one, and caters to all their personalities to enhance the dogs experience and learning. She goes above and beyond and will help you incorporate your signals and commands into the necessary skills to learn. Did a second class and considering participating in more due to Mysterie. Always the best to walk in the store and have her yell and greet our pup like we still see her each week for class.”
“I love the detangler! I originally got it for my horses manes/tails. It does not leave a greasy residue, but it keeps it looking clean and not dried out. I can brush them with ease and it lasts in their hair for over a week. My mare has very thick dry course hair, so this product is the best! It also works on human hair. My daughter has curly hair that frizzs during the day. This product allows me to ouchless brushing to get the tangles out and leave it residue free and smooth all day. This is also the only product I can use on my straight hair. Again, no greasy residue. I can brush my wet heavy long hair without pullying. Once dry from window hair (leave car windows down to dry) it only takes 3 brush strokes to brush the very messed twisted tangles out.”
“Great!We bring our dog here regularly.I schedule grooming appointments for my dog on the app - super easy to use and there's tons of availability at this location.My dog is always taken care of and if you ask, they can add a little trim for their paws.We do the shed+ release and it's so worth it! especially for a golden.The staff is amazing! “Every time I go in this pet store the associates greet you, ask if you need any help & thank you. They also offer loading assistance. It is a much smaller & more personable experience that the other larger pet stores & yet the prices are very competitive. Today Thad helped me with chew toys for my Pomsky & he was definitely on point because my dog absolutely loves his toy!! Thank you for all your advice & help today! Definitely will shop here again & I highly recommend this location.”

I found sit means sit and Pat and Ryan did an amazing job with Mella and I had my hesitations but I can say after 3 months of group class I can now walk Mella past other dogs barking and all she does is cry because she wants to play. No barking or lunging!”
“We come here for the self service grooming rooms! $15/half hour is enough time to get a good wash and dry in. The store is kept clean and they offer a wide variety of food and pet supplies. The staff are helpful and friendly and they offer a frequent buyer program. I got $3 bucks off my wash today which was nice.Ellie gets pretty dramatic after her baths as you can see.”

“Love working with this company (the people are the company!)!!! I dove back into reefing almost 3 years ago after a 12 year break. Man, did things change in that time! From their website, videos, customer service, and awesome shipping (communicative, consistent, and reliable), these folks have earned a customer for life. Had trouble with a Salt I purchased from BRS and they bent over backwards to inform and provide solutions directly and via Rayan's videos.Did I say videos???Educational, data driven, transparent, gear guides, equipment tests, personal favorites, the good and the bad, personal mistakes, and on and on... If you're not plugged into BRS, you should be!”

“Always have had a great variety of fish in stock every time I’ve visited. Friendly staff and well educated employees within their fish department. I’m also a rewards member with PetSmart which I do recommend to anyone who is a frequent shopper and seeing their discounts provided are universal at any store. This location is a little ways from where I live, but I’ll definitely be back! You have an amazing selection of tetras! Thank you for the little guy I purchased today. “Bought fish here and I have a favorite employee I forgot her name, but she is my favorite employee. It's really a good place to buy fish at but sometimes they don't have the fish I have. Like for example they don't have the convict cichlids. They're my favorite cichlid in the world. Thats all I have to say so bye.”
