Pods has been unresponsive regarding my pod sitting in storage for over a week. Have been unable to get through to speak with anyone on getting access to my items they are currently storing in their facility. Horrendous customer service, will definitely never be working with this company again.

Josh dropped off and picked our pod after our move from Boston to Minneapolis. His service was excellent and he was very helpful to answer any questions we had regarding logistics. Although the pods website was undergoing maintenance, we received calls from Josh well in advance of when he would arrive. All in all, the 5 star review was very much earned.

PODS made our moving experience so much easier. From start to finish, their communication and professionalism were excellent. Sarah, our moving manager, was always on top of everything — friendly, responsive, and great at helping us figure things out and troubleshoot whenever we had questions.
Josh, who dropped off our pod, was just as helpful. He was kind, efficient, and made sure the pod was placed exactly where we needed it.
The whole process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to their teamwork. Highly recommend PODS for anyone looking for a reliable and convenient moving option.
