Horrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes to get help before I was told they didn't have it in stock. I asked if any other stores carried it and I was told no one has it. How the hell would you know if you didn't even check it!!! No wonder Best Buy's not doing well.

I've only been here once on a weekday evening, but first impression is that this is little more than a glorified pick-up center. It's relatively tiny, don't expect much selection. Also don't expect anyone to be at a checkout register for a while, as they've combined them with the service desk.

Good customer service. This store does need more higher-end products and generally wider selection. Would love to see e-bikes here. Plenty of space for a fleet of test demo bikes or a gaming experience zone.

Horrible experience went in for a gift exchange was told I was going to be able to do in store credit after I sign up for a credit card and wait 2 days absolutely a lie and waste of time! Please honor your exchange policy!

Josh Phinney was INCREDIBLE. I was a little worried at first because the first representative did not know what she was doing. I'm so glad Josh stepped in and finished the process so smoothly. He's extremely educated, patient, and kind. Give that man a raise!
